Well that's a funny thing! Its Sunday afternoon, getting on for 6 o'clock and I've just come in from fitting a pair of CoLight LED's to my GSA 1200 Rallye. Simple job and I used a similar mounting bracket (bought on eBay, a copy of something that sounds a bit like Den Alley). I bought the CoLights after I watched your original video. Well pleased. Quick delivery just as expected and I'm just itching to get out and try them at night.

Good morning Chaps we have watch the vid and decided to purchase a set of lights form CoLight for our BMW 1250 and 1250 Adventure well they have been on 2 weeks rode through half day of rain in Italy and the dam things filled with water and blew the fuse on both sets within a hour of each other .... contacted Colight and OMG they are trying everything to get out of replacing the lights, they dont respond to emails the only way up to now is through Instagram and what a faf its been 3 days now wanting photos, videos, cut this wire, wire them straight to the battery... so now we have told them to shove there lights were the LED dosnt shine, absolutely terrible service and rubbish lights, and as mentioned we were constantly getting flashed no matter how you adjusted them...... Colight you are crap ....dont BUY them guys
Sorry to hear your experience. We have ridden through some very torrential rain without issue and found them to be good at responding.
Just fitted the coLight bundle with the ezcan unit. It's definitely not a 5 min job. It's taken about 5 hours of careful removal of side panels and tank etc definitely worth the money and time invested.
I installed halogen lights and emblems and did it for 2 days. I disassembled everything as I do for ABike Thing. I have a lot of joy.
I have the same lights and bracket but I cut an inch off each end and drilled it. The light then fits inside the fairing and imo it looks alot better.
Just fitted colights look fantastic on my Africa twin and nice lights for the price cheers lads for discount code😊

Turn the nut and bolt 🔩 upside down and use a wee strip of tape to hold the nut… You don’t need to remove anything

Strange I ordered LA5 didn’t get any info on delivery contacted colight and not in stock until April .changed order to Hd lights on here and again no info. Eventually got told no wiring harness available now waiting for la5 fingers crossed

Did you route the cables for the lights under the centre panel on the tank. Oh and PS it's Harry maskers
Hey buddy. We routed the cables on top of the fuel tank under the plastics as there is a small channel either side ;)

Hello, can you turn on the strobe so that it lights up when you are driving in a traffic jam or trying to set a speed record? When I turn on the turn signals, they flash alternately without the turn signals on, is there no such option? What should I do in the Hex ezcan settings to have the strobe for a longer time?
You can change the amount of strobe I think but you will have to look at the settings of the hex ezcan
There is no such option in the settings in the 2nd generation
Is there an import duty to pay.
And which beam did you opt for flood or spot, also does it come with a wiring harness, it looks like its an additional cost

Just bought the very same lights , they are mega bright and people are flashing me I’ve asked colight if they have a diffuser for these . I also bought the twin robo think they are called side by side lights with a yellow lense and diffuser great lights and fraction the other brand !! Easy install guys , keep up ! 🤣😂guys think you got light bar wrong way round the angle should point forward not back as you have installed you’ll have loads more room 🤷🏼♂️😂
I understand where ya coming from, I think they stick out too far the other way round, this way they’re tucked away neatly, but each to their own😎👍
@@TwoFourCharlie007also my reasoning as well was ! 😂 if you drop the bike you only bend the brackets, if it’s tucked under near the panels you can kiss good bye to the plastics as well 🤷🏼♂️😂

It looked like the centre LED on each light wasn’t working. I’m guessing it needs a second circuit from the EZ-Can, same as the new Denali D7 Pro.
The centre lens is the main beam.
Always with a GS they have to buy £1000 quid of accessories to make it safe……………🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

That’s true but with the wiring that you can get with the lights you don’t need the ezcan.
How much watts / lumens?
Check out their website but I think it’s 3000 lumin
