@@SmertimbaGraphics All obsolete effects were removed in 24.6, so anyone using that version will no longer have them.

Write on effect does not show up in the effects search :(
Adobe decided to remove obsolete effects, there's a walkaround though, just google premiere pro obsolete effects preset and you will find it there
