Last night i had to struggle to solder that little tiny point but i stopped cause i didn't had a legit microscope, so i bought one before things going bad... Do you think that there's any other part of the motherboard which is the same than the D-point connection? Just out of curiosity
Man i couldnt even attempt to micro solder...And then not even do the job correctly. And now send it to get it repaired Should of just send it the first time to get the job done correctly!
Oh wow 36awg. I've been using 30awg kynar to mod xbox 360 motherboards for RGH. That via reminds me of the PLL via for the trinity xbox 360 slims. You have to scrape it to expose it and if you ruin that trace you cant RGH the console. Been getting a lot of time under the microscope lately modding xbox 360's. They're extremely cheap. Good things to learn on rn.
I just sent you my switch oled after I tried to install it last night and ended with no power at all tried my best hopefully you don’t charge me to much and take pity.

Didn’t know about the masking, didn’t know it could cause shorts. Definitely going to stop using them on my mods. Great video though!

Isn't the value 4.7k ohm for the resistor that was replaced?

@@skrilla.scratchoriginally it's 4,7k ohm, but you can use different value that near original (4k, 6k, have seen messages about 10k)

What soldering iron/tip do you use?
C-115k is the soldering iron tip.
That owner just left so much flux…..hard to work well being that messy.
