I never actually knew what they were called. I had to use google translate because I couldn't understand what you wrote. I'll change it to Hanbok. Thanks for educating me.
These vegetables are Chinese laotan pickled cabbage, sometimes it can be pickled mustard greens too, and some variations of this noodles does it with spicy one too like the unif-100 version, which is my personal favourite

You definitely don't know anything about Chinese noodles. It's suppose to be soup noodle. You r not suppose to drain all the water
