That's not the only form of grit you know? When it comes to politics I think policies are what matters and the grit to stand up to opposing parties etc...is the kind of grit that counts for a politician. Putin's policies are atrocious.

How often do you train judo per week?
How much is enough?
Also my timetable only allows me to train judo (yellow belt/10months) twice a week, and can not find more classes to train at. i was thinking about cross training in bjj once or maybe twice a week. I understand they are different rule sets but would this help as a substitution for judo? (Only because things transfer over, which ive noticed when i home train with my bjj friend)
2x judo and 1 bjj is great for a beginner, as a beginner don't rush, i tried to train everyday sometimes twice a day, couldn't recover and hated training, 3 to 4 times a week is plenty

Hey Chadi, what an interesting video of a politician I have my highest regard for. There was an interview with Mr Putin in RT today shortly before his 68th birthday. He mentioned about playing hockey but not Judo. He is surprisingly nimble on his feet at this age. I agree that Judo makes you a better person and you seem to have so much of it. I bow myself before you bro.
PS Perhaps you could do one day a breakdown of the Russian self defence method Systema?
