I'm not sure I agree with the Arik Armstead one. He may not have recorded a ton of sacks recently, but he is productive in other ways like taking on double teams and freeing up space for guys like Nick Bosa who was way better this year when Armstead was in the lineup versus when he wasn't. Armstead is also very good against the run was dominant and a key factor in the 49er's playoff run in 2021 when they reached the NFC title game against the Rams
Agree on the Armstead take. Most fans judge how good a D-Linemen is by their sack & tackles for a loss numbers, I did to. Eventually you c how important guys like Vince Wilfork, Haloti Ngata, Casey Hampton, Cortez Kennedy etc are. It's dirty work but somebody has to do it

I disagree, he played well after the SB, i think it was the concussion against SEA in the wildcard round in 2019 i believe that did it, i remember a report said it was so bad he didnt even recognize his wife in the locker room
I still think the Colts are dumb for trading away Wentz and replacing him with Matt Ryan, Wentz had a pretty good year with the Colts, but of course their loss to the Jags in the last week made them want to move on from him
I disagree. I think the change in Wentz came when he was injured in the playoff game against Seattle after the 2019 season. He had rallied the team, with a roster of Practice Squad receivers, to a playoff berth. He had driven the team down to Seattle's 20 on his 1st drive when he scrambled, was tackled and on his way to the ground the back of his helmet was speared by Jadeveon Clowney's helmet causing a concussion. He could not re-enter the game and Howie Roseman did not want to have a similar situation in the future, so he drafted Jalen Hurts.

I agree. Parker can be a threat down field, but only when he's healthy. He has a long list of injury problems, but I think he's a great weapon for the Pats who are in desperate need of a WR1
Facts bro. Even Micah is hella confused as to why the Cowboys would give up Coop, especially for so little. Imagine if we still had Coop, out there opposite CeeDee every play?
I wouldn't say Carson was a One Year Wonder, he had at least 3 good years on his belt. 2017, 2019 and 2021. 2019 was his best season even better than 2017 I would say bc he threw for over 4,000 Yds and had no WRs on top of that
Man sports commentary these days. Either you win the MVP, win defensive player of the year, win get to the Superbowl or win the Superbowl every year or you are a "bust" or "one year wonder". It really ridiculous. People can make comeback in their career.
Because they have spent more time hurt than on the field and especially with young when he has been on the field he's been pretty mediocre since his rookie year
The Colts should've kept Wentz and the Falcons should've kept Matt Ryan, some teams are just simply greedy as hell and don't want to keep a decent qb who could help them win and at least keep them in the Wild Card race🤷♂️🤷♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️ Also at 3:42, that's Matt Barkley not Trubisky
There's no way to predict what player will be a Superstar just because he's a number one pick. A perfect example is Ryan Leaf picked before Peyton Manning. And we all know about the 6th round pick that no one wanted. Was horrible at pro tryouts, ran slow, was considered a system style QB...that guy was Tom Brady.
In a highly competitive game against the Los Angeles Rams, Carson Wentz sustained a season-ending injury on a I believe 2nd-and-goal play that got negated by a penalty. Was it really worth it, Carson?
Arik Armstead.. LINEBACKER!? Bruh. He's a 3-4 DEFENSIVE END LOL; that means his job is to keep O-Linemen off of linebackers, stop the run, and push the pocket from the interior on passing downs. I'm not saying he's been a stud, or worth his contract, but he does his job well enough to be a 3-down starter.. which makes it pretty much impossible to be be considered a 1-year wonder IMO. Chase Young didn't even have a good enough rookie season to justify to be considered a "1 Year Wonder" IMO. He rushes opposite of Montez Sweat, and has stud interior linemen to push the pocket, so even tho he has plenty of time to prove me wrong, he has ZERO excuse NOT to put up numbers. Aside from having a mediocre offense (good offenses have a big impact on sack opportunities), he's on a rather ideal situation as a pass-rush specialist. If Parker can get a QB to throw him the rock, I think he can still put up good numbers. Context is key.
Michael Gallup got 59 catches for 843 and 5 TDs. Well gosh, he didn't do anything, did he? Did you also take into account that the cowboys got me receivers to help share the work load?
Other than injuries, the thing that really did Wentz in was that he is.pretty much uncoachable. When you think that you can do no wrong and refuse to adjust your game, that will catch up to you once other teams figure you out. He forced his way out of Philadelphia and burned all of his bridges because of this trait.

I agree. Parker can be a threat down field, but only when he's healthy. He has a long list of injury problems, but I think he's a great weapon for the Pats who are in desperate need of a WR1
As a cowboy fan we should’ve kept coop over gallup
Facts bro. Even Micah is hella confused as to why the Cowboys would give up Coop, especially for so little. Imagine if we still had Coop, out there opposite CeeDee every play?
Even Trubisky’s stats in 2018 weren’t that spectacular, the defense did the heavy works as well.
General Davis mills. He fooled everyone into thinking he's a franchise qb. 🙄
Gotta love how wentz is on the thumbnail but not on the list 😂
Was surprised to see Russell Wilson on here 😂
you should do a video about 5 of the best coaching signings, and 5 of the worst
w video like all ways tps
I wouldn't say Carson was a One Year Wonder, he had at least 3 good years on his belt. 2017, 2019 and 2021. 2019 was his best season even better than 2017 I would say bc he threw for over 4,000 Yds and had no WRs on top of that
Man sports commentary these days. Either you win the MVP, win defensive player of the year, win get to the Superbowl or win the Superbowl every year or you are a "bust" or "one year wonder". It really ridiculous. People can make comeback in their career.
Keeping Gallup over Cooper is proving to be a pretty bad decision
How do we forget about Christian Watson after this past season he never going to do the same with the Qb situation he is in
If you make it to the super howl, and not come away the Lombardi, you still get a championship ring. Nothing wrong with that
Disagree with Minshew being one hit. 16 td to 5 in 8 games is pretty good w those pass catchers
Michael Gallup and chase young are both coming off of injury how can you put them on this list 😂
Because they have spent more time hurt than on the field and especially with young when he has been on the field he's been pretty mediocre since his rookie year
The Colts should've kept Wentz and the Falcons should've kept Matt Ryan, some teams are just simply greedy as hell and don't want to keep a decent qb who could help them win and at least keep them in the Wild Card race🤷♂️🤷♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
Also at 3:42, that's Matt Barkley not Trubisky
You know what Chase Young needs? The Kansas City Chiefa
*Chiefs
Ranking every Super Bowl winner
I wouldn't call chase Young a one year wonder yet he'll come back healthy next year and if he does bad sure he is
Plus the kid is young and I think it's too early in his career
Lamar Jackson deserves to be on this list. He won Heisman trophy and MVP with less help
Lamar is good wdym?
@Matt G Lamar is fine where he is. he is probably better then your favorite qb
@@ChuckProdz1 I'm a diehard Bills fan who beat Lamar and Ravens in playoffs
@@ChuckProdz1 pov: Lamar is your favorite qb
There's no way to predict what player will be a Superstar just because he's a number one pick. A perfect example is Ryan Leaf picked before Peyton Manning. And we all know about the 6th round pick that no one wanted. Was horrible at pro tryouts, ran slow, was considered a system style QB...that guy was Tom Brady.
Y’all are including chase young!?!? Bruh. Y’all are crazy
I like this dudes videos but his voice makes me think of the main character from Revenge of the Nerds
When it comes crashing down and it hurts inside
Not your best video but still entertaining.
TODD GURLEY!
What about top 10 one game wonders?
Bradley Chubb. Can’t believe the dolphins were stupid enough to trade a first for him
In a highly competitive game against the Los Angeles Rams, Carson Wentz sustained a season-ending injury on a I believe 2nd-and-goal play that got negated by a penalty. Was it really worth it, Carson?
Dak Prescott? Myles Garrett? Arik should not be on this list!
unpopular opinion: josh jacobs will make this list next year
I feel bad for Bears fans. They pass on a two time Super Bowl champion.
Mahomes wouldn't have done anything in Chicago with Matt Nagy as coach
Every NFL teams biggest what if
Arik Armstead..
I’d like to see a reverse of this
Armstead isn’t a one year wonder he just struggles to stay off the field
Michael Gallup got 59 catches for 843 and 5 TDs. Well gosh, he didn't do anything, did he? Did you also take into account that the cowboys got me receivers to help share the work load?
Kenyon drake stopped the patriots from securing the first round bye in 2019
Mitch ain’t to bad definitely not a starter but he’s not bad
Juju needed to be on this list
Other than injuries, the thing that really did Wentz in was that he is.pretty much uncoachable. When you think that you can do no wrong and refuse to adjust your game, that will catch up to you once other teams figure you out. He forced his way out of Philadelphia and burned all of his bridges because of this trait.
Yup. Plus to me I feel like the sting of having his back-up win Philly its first SB didn't help.
PEETon Hillis 😂😂
Okwara didn’t play half the season coming back from an Achilles?
Looked like Fowler was a 1off or was just a good fit on the rams
