I made these and they were truly delicious! Not at all too lemony. I used maple syrup and it was perfect. The only thing is that when you put on the powdered sugar, even when they are cold, it dissolves. That was a drag. Don't know how to resolve it. Thank you for this great recipe!

3:04 if you don't want all those finger prints in the bottom of your crust (the finger prints won't show after adding the filling, so you do you), use the bottom of your measuring cup instead of your palm. The bottom of the cup works well especially if your hand is bigger than your pan. 💖🌞🌵😷

Holy cow, these are so delicious! I added extra coconut flour to the base crust as it was still pretty wet, but it turned out great anyway. Amazing lemon flavor and so fresh and zingy. I definitely recommend :)

You can try the coating they use for marshmallows which is half confectioners sugar and half potato starch for dusting, or take it a step further and replace the confectioners sugar with powdered erythritol.
Oh! This recipe has made me so happy, because I now have to switch to a gluten-free, and am SO pleased I will still be able to eat happy food like these bars! 🍋🍋🍋

I grease the pan a little on the bottom and sides which makes the parchment stick to the pan. Makes it easier to arrange the parchment in the pan.
