      I'd still like a continuation with Lashana Lynch - even though that's unlikely. She really presented herself well and she's very capable as a 007. At least a TV series spinoff version. I don't see a lot of spies like her and, to be honest, if Atomic Blonde, Black Widow, Red Sparrow and Gunpowder Milkshake can barely make back their box office - Lashana lynch isn't going to get an audience to support her 007 either. An HBO or Amazon limited series would suffice.

    While seeing the film, I said; "I can't believe that the guy who played Freddie Mercury in Bohemian Rhapsody, now he's playing a Bond's villian", so Rami did it very well. To be frank, what benefited his character was his BIG EYES, which keep you hooked on the movie. Together with Lisa Dorah Sonnet the 3 best actors of the movie🥰.I hope all 3 will be back in Bond 26 with Henry Cavill as the new 007🙂🙏👍,then I will also really love James Bond again(which is not the case with the current actor😠) and please also a better Bondwoman because Mathilde Bond deserves better parents than Craig and Sedoux.

    Fantastic film. Wished it ended slightly differently. Otherwise a future classic in the 007 series, and strong conclusion to the Daniel Craig era.

    Her role was completely unnecessary and just put in to tick a box. You can remove her and the story barely has to change. She was shoehorned in to force some "female empowerment"...a little "move over men, we'll take it from here". It's fine when it's natural, when it's forced like this...it's offputting and distracting. I also found Rami to be an extremely forgettable villian. He doesn't have enough screen time.

    It was a fine film. I'm not quite sure it's my favourite. I think Skyfall is going to remain my no.1 Craig bond. I didn't feel it was his best performance there were bits where he seemed to hurry the acting...some of the humor was too easily had. But the subtle differences in script and story re women in the film was wonderful. I'm sure they will fly over the heads of most men but the women were fabulous in this film.

    • @gwynnus
      @gwynnus 3 года назад +3

      @@maxmusic5380 nothing to do with that really. Doesn't Blofeld also win in "On Her majesty's Secret Service"? (and let's face it, this was practically a remake of that classic). The action scenes were bland (had to be for a 12+ movie), the ending soppy a la 'Titanic', the villain was hardly engaging and the other characters were cast just to tick boxes. The only thing going for it was the shock factor which they blew because the ending became rather predictable.

    • @TyroneBeiron
      @TyroneBeiron 3 года назад

      @@gwynnus Gee. I felt exactly the same. Any trained operative would have jammed the blast doors after getting them open to ensure it remains that way, if that certainty is required to achieve the goal of destroying the facility by missiles already on the way. So, I think the writers imposed an artificial failure on the part of Bond not to have destroyed the blast door controls after getting them opened. The ending would have been totally different. It's a plot point failure. 😣
