My father is a retired physician. He always told his patients: "Go home. Roast a chicken with some vegetables, and go for a walk. That's all the medicine you need." The floor is BEAUTIFUL. If I'm honest, I wondered how it was going to turn out, but boy do you have the eye! It's STUNNING. ❤❤❤

Wow, six miles is impressive. I am working on down the driveway and around our court. Hoping to do much better. Good you are doing this while you are young. Much harder at 77 yrs. old. Tile looks wonderful.
This is a really good self-care video. It's got some good unique ideas like the red light and walking such a long distance. I enjoyed watching this a lot more than the 20-year-old RUclips self-care videos!

Your floors are looking beautiful...the last terra cotta tile job we did, we ended up using a high nap roller with a long handle for the sealer. It seemed to get down the sides of the tile like we wanted it to...saved our already tired knees and backs.

Definitely a good idea to wear knee pads to avoid getting 'Washer Womans Knees'. Not fun when that happens & can be prevented by not taking your knees for granted-:)

My sweet kitty boy would get urinary blockages which would cause him to pee everywhere (trying to let me know) might be worth the time to have him checked out. The floor is looking fab!

I had an epiphany, why not use a garden sprayer to distribute the seealer and a dense sponge mop to spread your sealer!❤

I have two, the one on camera is from Platinum LED.
I know a red light will help your skin if you have rosacea. Before you could buy red lights it was really expensive because you had to go to the dermatologist every time you wanted to have a treatment. Maybe I'll try it again.
I love red light therapy. could you please tell me where you got your red light? i use just the single bulbs the bigger ones are so expensive. i did buy a smaller led one that folds in half but i like the look of yours.
How do you get all of this done? Honestly I’d really like to know. Im a stay at home mom and have four daughters ages 1, 4, 7, and 9 and I homeschool the two oldest. We get our work done pretty quickly since they’re still young. I bake all our bread , etc and do all the cooking and cleaning- and garden as much as I possibly can- but I cannot imagine having time to walk six miles and run several businesses. I don’t use instagram or Facebook so I’m not wasting time there.

They have built in 1/8 spacers. And... I'm not going for "professional" :) I'm going for 150 year old French Farmhouse.
How long does it take you to walk six miles? I’ve just recently started walking more and that would be such a good goal. Also the floor is going to look so good!

On her blog I read where she will do a health-related video later in the Spring to include info on red light therapy. I know Planet Fitness has Red Light Therapy (not to be confused with infrared)
