I visited Kutná Hora a few years ago and what a beautiful city this is! I can't wait to see the in game early construction of the St. Barbara's Church because this is the most impressive church i've ever seen. I do hope Henri doesn't start with a full set of armor, since now he's probably a nobleman,,,

I have around 175 hours and have not made it inside the monastery yet) I'm really enjoying the side missions.
@@sydgerald Oh this is the reason I love KCD so much. Endless, endless fun. Side missions are equally as captivating as the main quest. Enjoy every moment and don't rush it!
@@CommanderIvy I totally agree with you, 2 days ago, I started the mission about Hanekin Hare, thinking as you do, that he was the bad guy. But in the end we ended up getting rid of the huntsman and his wife. I loved that mission (and from what I've read, that mission has lots of ramifications, depending on your decisions).
I really enjoy the buildup to the release date and the way they are handling the flow of information. There haven't been any notable leaks and they keep giving us more nuggets of information so we're always entertained. Gamescom is it though... That is going to be be big one. Gameplay, please release date and please system requirements. I am pretty sure I'll have to get a new PC but still hopefull I might squeeze by with my old rig!

I first started KCDI and let me tell you, I am delighted with this world. I'm almost 40 hours in and I'm not even halfway through the story! I love this game and I'm already waiting for the next one to enjoy it. I will have to buy a next generation console now since I still have my PS4 and the PC I doubt can handle it 😂
I am in the (kinda) lucky position of working at home - so me do gaming a lot yes! :P Still have do finish the full game playhtrough (because this time i wanna train the SHIAT outta my boy Henry) but i guesss i will be finishing like we learned in the industry, just in time for KCD 2 ;)

One thing that always annoyed me about model physics in games like KCD is the way static items like plate armor bend and stretch with the character model. I have never seen a game that gets it right. Metal does not stretch.
I understand the frustration, yet going to defend gamedevs here :) it’s a lot about how the model rig works and the resources, which are limited by our machines. The games first of all have to be playable and have to run well for everyone. So between choosing to create realistic metal physics and performance they chose the latter. Though!! As the games and technology evolve, we’ll probably see improvements in this regard! Who knows, maybe even in KCD2 :)
@@CommanderIvy Yes, I understand why they do it. The same with the way shadows and reflections take shortcuts. It was just one of the things that I found wrong. It didn't stop me enjoying the game. I forgot to comment about the horse, but it looks like we will get more customization options for horse gear, which is nice. Looking forward to the sequel.
