  • In this video, I share my honest opinion and review of my recent Air India flight from Vienna to Delhi. As you may know, Air India was recently taken over by the TATA group, and there has been a lot of talk about whether this acquisition has led to improvements in the airline's services and approach.
Throughout the video, I provide a detailed account of my experience on the flight, covering everything from the check-in process and boarding, to the in-flight amenities and overall customer service. I also discuss whether I noticed any changes or improvements compared to previous flights I've taken with Air India.
If you're considering flying with Air India, or you're curious about whether the TATA group has had a positive impact on the airline's services, then this video is for you.

I think whatever you are saying in terms of your experience like getting an SMS with the gate number or getting an SMS once you have checked in the baggage is very common while you fly in any Indian airline domestically as well. So I would assume that compared to the entire world the service that Indian airlines are providing is of a really good standard. I have also seen other vloggers make vlogs on traveling in flights and at least in the customer service part before boarding the flight or the experience after boarding the flight has been overall good compared to many European airlines as well.

I made the same plan last year. Entered through Paris by Air India direct flight. Travelled to Belgium, Netherlands, Amsterdam to Zurich by Nightjet sleeper train, then 6 nights in Switzerland bernese oberland, then via hallstat came to Vienna. Prague in a day trip from Vienna. Then one night at Budapest.then from Vienna airindia direct flight.
