Wow that s a number. I've seen them once, back in 99 as a young kid. Best concert ever, and I have seen many since then.
I've never seen them.... They came to Romania 3-4 times but I was not a fan when they came. I became a huge fan just after they last been to Bucharest in 2019

Metallica never loses relevance. They are one of the few bands that rocked back in the 80’s and still rock today and sound good doing so. METTALICA!!! 🤯
They were never mediocre and mediocrity is keeping you away from relevance. they either release very strong material or pure turd. they are always in press for musical and non musical reasons. many bands should learn from them. Lars is the smartest person in whole music industry, he was and still is always few steps ahead of everybody. just 3 albums in last 25 years and they are still best selling touring act and you will read something about them at least once weekly.

You're right, they're very generous and people should look into their charity. As far as releasing the concert footage, I'm very grateful because it's a superior and excellent A/V experience, much better than someone else's footage thru their cellphone and METALLICA are so smart 😂🤓. Also, people who have disabilities can get to the concert virtually ❤️❤️❤️🇺🇲🤘🏻🤘🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🔔🔔🔔

I've seen Metallica 26 times over the years (decades?) but the band is as vital today as they have ever been. Also, the drum section of Now That We're Dead is awesome. I will never forget the first time I saw them do that. Baltimore 2017 the first night of the tour. Totally blown away.
The intro to BATTERY is one of the most beautiful and powerful of its kind. Instant Goosebumps and timetravel to the Eighties.

When that came out, I was like, shizznit, I haven't learned all of the last one yet 😂. I really did not have the time 😭. I was a full time junior high school student 🤯, and I had a part time job, and had to cook and clean the house, and then there were so many other great, epic, awesome phucken bands, just not enough time 😂. What an awesome experience
At the beginning of "One", James messes up, Kirk joins in and James has a beat to go off of, but he's still a little off. Lars hears it, and you hear him starting keeping the beat with the hi-hat. As a musician, I appreciate and notice little things like that. Makes me really miss playing and jamming in different bands, and definitely makes me miss playing Metallica songs, especially One and And Justice For All. Cant wait to see them at SoFi for M72!
Nice catch. You can hear someone laughing as James goofs the intro. It’s usually Kirk that flubs the intro (the first lead part often has a bum note)- so refreshing for James to be the guilty party for once.
Also I love this band and little errors like this keep me coming back to their performances. Seeing when they are up, when they are down, how they stay on top and how they bounce back: it’s part of the fun of it.
He makes it look easy. And it all ties in perfectly 🥰. That can't be easy

Gratidão por ter tido essa oportunidade e ainda por cima com os meus filhos que escutaram a banda desde crianças
This concert was life changing! I was one of the newbies at my first Metallica show and need to see them again.
Lastly.. I am still watching this epic performance from 2017 at this late hour. I can not even fathom how people shun us for our fanship of Metallica. And nothing else matters... So close no mattter how far. These musicians own a piece of my heart. I don't say this. I live it! You can hate me for my love of Metallica. You can say I worship the devil or some such nonsense. But I have heard their lyrics. I have seen their faces. I know the sobriety of James. I know the character of these men. They are true American Icons. I am grateful for their courage and commitment to our family. I will never hide my love for Metallica. They have been a large part of my 48 years. Specifically i from my 14th and up when I first heard that anthem ONE! and everything they do resonates with me. I can hear what they are saying. I am a Metallica superfan and there are no apologies!

This was my first Metallica concert.... had to wait through 2 bands to ensure front row - totally worth it.
I listening to all this on a cheep phone and it sounds really good. Can only imagine on a really good stereo

Oh yeah! I'm from the Bay Area and they always put on a great show when they're in their hometown. I saw them at outside lands in 2012 and that was probably the best show I've ever seen!

Ugh man I felt that... brutal but just shows they're human like everyone else.
Watching this show again, I think there might have been an issue with Kirk's Wireless Box. Right before Puppets, there's a tech checking it, his in ear monitors could've gone out suddenly as well. It all seemed really strange, because he literally just kinda stopped playing, and got lost, it was almost as if he couldn't hear anything suddenly, or his guitars wireless box went out momentarily, because you can hear his guitar cut in and out, and that's a signal issue.

I saw them in SD and that was without a doubt the best show I’ve seen in my entire life.

I have seen so many people slam Lar's drumming. As a drummer who plays most styles of music; particularly odd meter and blast beats, I can truly say that Lars is an innovator; an excellent drummer who has really demonstrated a unique polyrhythmic approach to the music of Metallica. Well done Lars!
