i appreciate this a lot. it's disheartening to see so many people comment such negative things regarding this speech. they don't understand how that also affects the 100,000 survivors as well. i'm glad you can humanize this situation, unlike the others. it really does mean a lot that to me and others that you can separate your opinion on Paris from the situation at hand :)
We see people as they present themselves or as they are presented, often with little knowledge of their complete life. For all their faults and folly, they are still human beings, with a story, truthfully told, that we could all learn about ourselves from.

the people who usually run these centers are a part of the LDS community. the tti is homophobic, transphobic, racist, and many other things. all concepts that are based upon the bible. you are allowed to believe your religon. but if anything religion only made the tti worse.
The Roman Catholic Church is one of the oldest biggest and most evil child abusing organizations in human history. Besides she seems to me Christ-like in her efforts here.
