Do you know if it will allow you to mute conversation? Or will display speed in real time? Or is this purely video. Thank you for finding these products and thanks for letting us ride your coat tails!
it will record audio but it's full time audio without the chance to mute. I had music on while driving and that's why some of the clips were silent. A mute button would be a nice touch, but it does not have that. It does have a power button though, so you can shut it off. Also a button for pictures. There is a GPS option in the app, I did not enable it but I assume that will allow it to show speed. I will see if I can verify. Thanks for the kind words !
did, I had a prior camera and never installed a rear facing because I didn't want the extra cords or effort. This one was perfect for me as an all in one forward setup.
No, no sense having a dash camera that doesn’t record pertinent information when someone is doing something that needs LE involved later. Like a hit and run, proof that vehicle was swerving all over the road, etc. BlackVue cameras are excellent for this. When I drive through Jasper National Park in Alberta, there is no cell service and semis are always driving like total dicks in the 70km/h zones. It’s nice to record it all and hand it over to the RCMP to deal with.
@@DemonWorks I hit check next camera on my phone it never connects , it’s hard to save video or find past videos. There were no directions and I have no idea what the buttons on the csmera do ! So I never use it even though it’s always on
Thanks for the video. I ordered this for my ZR2
Ordering right now!! Thanks for the video!
Let me know how you like it !
Thanks for this-ordered one.
Thanks for sharing. Looks like they also make one of these for a GMC SIERRA. 👍
Awesome !
Nice picture quality.

The flashing blue recording light is annoying at night. Did you cover it up?
Honestly, I haven't noticed it at all.
It reflects off the trim on the center console.
I need this!
Ty for the video. Did you get the front facing camera only?
did, I had a prior camera and never installed a rear facing because I didn't want the extra cords or effort. This one was perfect for me as an all in one forward setup.
How well does it pick up licence plate numbers? Are you able to pause and then zoom in on them?
Weird question must be a PI
I found it to pick them up really well in 4k but it depends on the distance and speed.

Should be able to capture a screenshot of the video if nothing else.
was hoping it would talk to the gmc rear camera as well,...oh well,...
If I already have a rear camera, can I plug that into this front facing camera?
no, this is just a standalone front camera.
Does this take away the lane assist camera and rain sense?
I have the 2022.5 with 8 vents and I don’t have that plug harness …
Can you still use apple car play?
We can't pointed at the cops when we are being harassed
Have this camera in my GX 460 , not user friendly .
I found it to be very user friendly, just use the app for settings and the card for the video. What issues were you having?
