    Lahmacun Recipe;
    MATERIALS
    DOUGH
    1000 GR NATURAL FLOUR
    600 GR WATER
    INGREDIENTS
    500 grams of ground beef
    200 GR BUTTER
    200 GR CAPIA PEPPER OR SWEET GREEN PEPPER
    2 Tbsp. PEPPER PASTE (HEALED)
    2 ONIONS
    4 CLOVES OF GARLIC
    1 bunch of parsley
    1 JAR OF CANNED TOMATOES (690gr)
    1 TSPON OF ROCK SALT (HILLING)
    1 TSPON OF ISOT
    1 TSPON BLACK PEPPER (DELETED)
    2 TSPONKS SWEET RED PEPPER
    2 TSP SPOONS RED PEPPER POWDER
    1 TSPON SUMAC
    PREPARATION OF
    1) Let's drain the tomato sauce we will use in the filling thoroughly in the pan.
    2) If our capia peppers are out of the freezer, let's squeeze them in our hands to get the juice and put them through the food processor.
    3) For the stuffing, add 500 grams of minced meat, 200 grams of butter at room temperature, very finely chopped onion, 1 bunch of finely chopped parsley, 200 grams of capia pepper from the food processor, 2 tablespoons of pepper paste, tomato sauce that we have drained in a pan, 1 teaspoon of isot. Add 1 teaspoon of sweet red pepper, 4 grated cloves of garlic, 2 teaspoons of red pepper powder, 1 teaspoon of sumac, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of rock salt and mix well. The consistency of our stuffing will be the same, neither too watery nor too solid.
    4) For the dough, add one kilo of flour, 1 teaspoon of rock salt, 600 grams of water and knead well.
    5) Let's prepare 60 grams of meringue from our dough.
    6) Let's roll out the meringues we prepared with the help of a rolling pin.
    7) Let's lower the bottom of the pan that we previously heated over high heat and place our rolled out dough.
    8) Meanwhile, spread about 2 tablespoons of the lahmacun filling onto our dough. You can add less or more depending on your preference. We will cook our lahmacun first in a pan and then in the oven. Thus, we will shorten the cooking time. If we had just baked it in the oven it would have taken at least 15 minutes.
    9) After the spreading process is completed, cover it with a lid and cook for 2 minutes.
    10) In this way, the bottom is cooked and the top is slightly cooked.
    11) After 2 minutes, to complete the cooking of the lahmacun, we bake it in the top compartment of the preheated 300 degree oven for 3 minutes.
    12) Since the bottom of our lahmacun is cooked, we do not need to use baking paper. We can put it directly on the tray and cook it.
    13) Our lahmacun was cooked very well.
    14) We put our cooked lahmacuns into a pot with a lid until all the lahmacuns are cooked.
    15) Our lahmacun, which amazes you with its irresistible appearance and taste, is ready. Enjoy your meal.

      Tavadada oluyor ancak üstü biraz çiğ kalıyor. Kenarlarıda çıtır olmuyor. Bu şekilde tam anlamıyla pişiyor 😊

      @@temizgidayemektarifleri kesinlikle çiğ kalmıyor ....kapak olması,buharla pişiyor...ci borek gibi...biz çiğ mi yiyoruz?gayet çıtır ve pişmiş oluyor..ben de mutfağa çok düşkünüm!..

      Evet sizin yaptığınız gibide altını kısmak şartıyla 5dk'da pişebilir ancak teker teker pişirdiginiz icin ciddi süre kaybı oluyor. Fırında aynı sürede iki adet pisirebiliyorsunuz.
      2 ad Lahmacunun tavada pismesi 10 dakikayi bulurken tava firin kombinasyonu sayesinde bu süre 7dakikaya dusuyor. Bu sekilde toplamda 36 dakika daha erken pisirmis oluyorsunuz bilginize.
