But we must have in mind scriptures take on envy and how destructive it is to our hearts. Envy doesn’t please God, but we don’t have to be driven by it anymore. This has been so helpful, envy can really become an ugly demon in the life of a person if it isn't checked on time. Growing up, we're encouraged to be competitive, but we have to be careful that this doesn't grow into comparison and later envy. May God bless you and continue to increase your wisdom❤

I recently had to come to terms with that reality in my life as well. I was very honest with myself and God has really been helping me. Finding the root of it all is really the key and trusting God knowing that He has provided me with EVERYTHING I need.

Lovely video, do you feel like you should also repent to the person as well? They might have felt this envy from you in a way where they felt unliked by you. Not to say the person forgives sin but moreso in the act of confessing sins to one another and wronging your brother or sister x

Personally I think so, especially if it’s a case where we do life closely/regularly with said person. Because like you mentioned often times it can be picked up by the individual that maybe they’re not liked etc, which can be discouraging.
