Holy shit, even ignoring the fact that we get another new heist and a new character, I love this trailer. That air of fantasy, the cinematics, the art, the narration. Very chilling, and this adds something I think that hasn't been part of this franchise. With the whole web series and the other trailers we're getting the air of realism, the feel that we're being dropped into it like an action movie. On the other hand this is like hearing an old tale, one of mystery and awe. It's almost like we're trying to steal Sauron's ring for fucks sake. And don't even get me started on that teased heist music when it cuts to the stealth scene. Loved the shit out of Shadows and Trickery and Shadow Raid, would love another track more focused on the stealth aspect. I love it, I love how you guys are trying new things with trailers, I love the fact that with every progressed update you're trying something new and most of all stepping up your game. This is why you guys fucking rock. And this is just about the trailer, can't wait until the map's out. Would be interesting to try out another new heister as well, but you can't ever top Chains ;)

Put fear into Dallas and essentially blackmailed him into working with him in order to free Hoxton, and he somehow knew every connection leading to breaking him out? It's kinda fishy, and if the man in the Glasses IS the Dentist, then we know he's after the diamond, so he'd have no problem killing off the crew in order to do so. Just my speculation

Has anyone noticed when Dallas was reaching for the diamond there was a person with a gas mask or cloaker like face standing behind him. Then they were both gone and presumably Dallas's blood was on the diamond. And Dallas was the only one with a silenced gun, Chains was carrying a assault rifle without a silencer. I don't know but something more than stealing a diamond is going to happen in this heist.
I'm going to go out on a limb and say the man with the green glasses is not a member of the crew or the dentist. The only idea i have is that maybe he is a guardian of the diamond, responsible for all the things that have happened to the diamond's previous owners and he will serve as a sort of boss fight before you can take it like in hotline day 2 or the skulldozer in hox breakout day 1.

Have played it, and I was very impressed. But more banks would be nice, that's all. And there is a pretty decent difference between the two in all fairness. FWB is so much simpler, yet still insanely fun.

I'd say from the little flash on the top left, it's a long shot, but it can be a lens flare from a sniper that shoots the glasses guy. When Clover says "it's ours" that probably means she shot the person behind dallas and is confirming that it's finally theirs. People would think she killed Dallas if she said "It's mine", but then it wouldn't make sense that she is a playable character.
I really hope this expansion will introduce custom safehouses and if you have completed this heist on death wish the diamond will be on display in your vault, it would be so sweet.
This new heister is suspicious......just think about it, at the end someone with green glasses comes behind Dallas and blood spouts on the diamond,possibly meaning that Dallas dies or the guy with glasses dies. Also, look at 1:45. When a german(possibly Hitler)kills himself, there's a guy with the same green glasses, and Hitler's time was wayyyy back then, so the first green glasses guy was probably the ancestor of the second green glasses guy behind Dallas, therefore suggesting that the second one is the new heister, Clover, who will possibly try to kill the others and take the diamond for himself. This is a possibility guys, and it could be true.

It wouldn't make sense as the evidence in Hoxton's Revenge suggests Clover stole the diamond for the dentist prior to Hoxton breakout. She can be seen breaking into the FBI to liberate Hoxton during the breakout on one of the boards. Chronologically it would make sense for the big bank to be a test of the crew, Miami's assassination of the commissar to put pressure on the district attorney to lower Hoxton's security, Clover steals the diamond which is sold to finance the breakout, then the breakout takes place. Alternatively, the Diamond could take place after the breakout, Hoxton Revenge basically confused the chronology without a clear answer. In either eventuality, the Diamond was fenced to pay for the breakout as the two happen very close together. TL:DR Hoxton Revenge suggests the Diamond was used to finance the breakout and therefore wouldn't be in the safe house as it has been sold
I wonder if doing GGC loud or stealth is canon. If its stealth, the diamond never got used, but if its loud did the diamond get destroyed or damaged via being used as a drill tip?

If I had a diamond for every time I got confused, I'd be like "Where'd this diamond come from?" and then there'd be another diamond and I'd think "What's with all the diamonds?" leading to more diamonds and confusion and eventually I'd be slowly crushed by diamonds without ever knowing why.

This new heister is suspicious......just think about it, at the end someone with green glasses comes behind Dallas and blood spouts on the diamond,possibly meaning that Dallas dies or the guy with glasses dies. Also, look at 1:45. When a german(possibly Hitler)kills himself, there's a guy with the same green glasses, and Hitler's time was wayyyy back then, so the first green glasses guy was probably the ancestor of the second green glasses guy behind Dallas, therefore suggesting that the second one is the new heister, Clover, who will possibly try to kill the others and take the diamond for himself. This is a possibility guys, and it could be true.

Maybe Wolf is related to the Green Glasses Guy. You see a bald guy behind dallas when he is waling up and then when you got closer, you saw no hair. So maybe, As i state, Wolf is the relative to the guy, which could explain why he was so eager to work with the dentist. Save his old partner, get the diamond, and maybe get a few drinks. He could be a traitor for all we know.

It wouldn't make sense as the evidence in Hoxton's Revenge suggests Clover stole the diamond for the dentist prior to Hoxton breakout. She can be seen breaking into the FBI to liberate Hoxton during the breakout on one of the boards. Chronologically it would make sense for the big bank to be a test of the crew, Miami's assassination of the commissar to put pressure on the district attorney to lower Hoxton's security, Clover steals the diamond which is sold to finance the breakout, then the breakout takes place.
Alternatively, the Diamond could take place after the breakout, Hoxton Revenge basically confused the chronology without a clear answer. In either eventuality, the Diamond was fenced to pay for the breakout as the two happen very close together.
TL:DR Hoxton Revenge suggests the Diamond was used to finance the breakout and therefore wouldn't be in the safe house as it has been sold
