The blond-haired guy is Akan, and he's trying to create an army of cybernetic super-soldiers and has unexplained telekinetic powers. The guy with the shotgun is Jimmy, who hates Akan with a burning passion for breaking Jimmy's spine and has a multitude of different bodies (each representing a facet of his personality extended further than normal) that he controls remotely from his lab in a building somewhere. The guy in the trenchcoat is Slick Dmitry, one of Akan's top guys.

If you don’t bother watching Hardcore Henry(which is literally on RUclips for you to watch), here’s a short story explaining from the payday 2 perspective:
Jimmy is a scientist who worked for the blond head guy(which is Akan, mentioned by Jimmy when the crackhead him barge in). Akan’s plan was to experiment and make super soldiers with biological enhancement. Akan himself also modified his own genes to have super power. During one of the experiments, Jimmy was punished by Akan for failing the test subject, paralyzing him and forcing him to escape the facility. With the tech and supplies that Jimmy stole, he created clones of himself with a connecting device that gives him the ability to change to different clones at any given time(thus explaining Jimmy suicide and comes back again). When the elephant found the job for the payday gang, Akan was trying to infiltrate a Russian biotechnology test lab with mutants just like Akan himself are in to get more information to make his super soldier plan come true. Jimmy, knowing about the job, intercepted the job and gave vague instructions to the gang to work for him instead

God, these live action payday trailers are the perfect cross between genuinely good and super cheesy. Here's hoping Overkill makes a movie at some point

Two things. #1, we need a Payday movie. You have so many awesome actors doing things for it, and the guys playing the gang are great. You could have one of their major heists be the biggest plot point, maybe even throw the betrayal of Hector in there as a plot point for a second part.
#2. Is this saying that Payday Gang exists in the same universe as Hardcore Henry, Point Break (the new one), Hotline Miami, John Wick, and Scarface, and that all of them are connected too ? I want to live in that universe. The news would be interesting to watch. :D

Adam DeLocke No he is the main antagonist. Henry doesn't speak and you don't see his face as it's all from his view. The reason he doesn't speak is because his wife brought him back from the dead by turning him into a cyborg but didn't manage to install his speech software before shit hit the fan.

I know I'm a bit late, but the song is called 'Bad Motherfucker' by 'Biting Elbows'. The lead singer of that band is also the director of the movie Hardcore Henry, the movie Jimmy is from.

From all the black chaps that Jimmy can be, they had to choose Cocaine Jimmy... I guess they chose him for the stoners.
It's because each Jimmy has a predefined extremist nature that makes them behave in varying ways.
Cocaine Jimmy supposedly is the only one willing to work with blood criminals like the Payday gang and he does it well; also considering that his perk deck is the only fitting one.
Aren't you forgetting the Jimmy from the parking lot right after the landing? I think this one would be perfect.
