I ordered my Plaid the day these were announced. I was in the market for a used one but the new interior combined with all the other upgrades over the past couple years effectively make this an entirely different car with the same great powertrain

@@xoqesthat’s just how the market is right now. Interest rates are high, stock market is in the dumper, people aren’t spending money on big purchases like luxury vehicles. Gotta cut costs and trimming the work force is inevitable. Many companies are doing it right now. It sucks and there’s no denying that. I’d be pissed if I lost my job.
I ordered a Model s plaid on Thursday. I just noticed this after I placed the order. It does indeed say "Spot Seats" . Can't wait to see these in
May-June"! These seats look amazing and I'm really happy this will be one more thing to set the plaid apart.

@@ganymede3141 yes, and it also bothers me that there is still no RUclips Music or a head-up display. I'll also have to get used to the fact that the satellite view costs something per month, whereas at the moment I have it included for free with Android Auto...

It's nice tesla is offering new seats for the plaid, however if anyone wants to get it actual race seats for cheap and ones that look as nice as the plaid, i'd recommend searching recaro's podium CF.

Are the seats still super high? I’m not even that tall at 6 feet, and the seating height won’t go low enough. I’m staring at the top of the windshield / pillar during the test drive and didn’t buy it for this reason. Are these sport seats lower? I’d maybe sell my M5 if the seat will go lower for a better seating position.

About 90k+ for 1020hp and one of the quickes sedans in the world 0 to 60 2 seconds 300+ miles if your not sending it all the time 250kw fast charging 4 seats lots of storage space and over all good car

I ordered my S plaid April 5th , just got a revised invoice that reads Sport Seats and plaid it 2000.00 less! Price went down even tho i paid in full!
