The more Ryan, the better. Although, it seems future Ryan is a little grumpy. No matter, I’d still hug them both🥰.
Mint mobile has been pretty horrible to deal with. I've been a customer for a year and used to love it, but trying to return a phone I bought and didn't like has been a three week long nightmare with customer service wasting my time for 30 minutes then saying I'll be sent a return package and never doing it. I ask to be escalated to a manager and they say they'll get back to me then never do and don't pass me along. I literally feel like I'm being held hostage by my phone company, which is kind of what I switched to mint to avoid. The supposedly easy cancelation policy has been a nightmare. Would no longer recommend anyone switch or buy a phone from mint bc you'll kind of be stuck here.

Never thought I'd laugh at a commercial.
I'm a senior citizen. Mint sent me a defective sims card and then took over a week to send a new one. And when that didn't work they tried to walk me through a series of complex operations on my phone that were like if an alien was speaking Greek to me -- leading me into settings and areas of my phone I didn't even know existed. I even went to the Mall to TMobile who got Mint on the phone and it still couldn't be made to work. It had now been 9 days with no Mobile or Internet service so I requested my number be switched back to TMobile. They said they wouldn't transfer for 10 days. Understand that this was all over the Holidays...I live out of State from friends and family and so had so far had no contact with any of them (not even on Christmas Day which, was the most awful depressing Christmas I ever had)... So to be able to at least have contact with family and friends on New Year's Eve I had to end up buying a new phone and prepaid package for $289.00 -- which I could not afford and had to borrow from my upcoming rent payment. So I said to Mint Mobile could they at least quickly refund me the $106.00 I paid them. They said, no, that will also take 10 days. But guess what? No it won't because they sent an email yesterday saying it is not their policy to give refunds (I have the email).
Ryan Reynolds is my Grinch who stole Christmas and made me broke.
Okay I want to be fair to inform that after further talks I received the $106.00 refunded back into my account today. The problem occurred because even though they had overnighted the new sims card to me on the 23rd of December, I did not get it until the evening of the 28th (thanks DeJoy) -- which by then already was past the 7 days they state is require for a refund. Anyway, so they finally saw the impossibility of me being able to do that and agreed to the refund.
Mint Mobile did EXACTLY the same thing to me. Ryan Reynolds stole my $113.

Okay, this is cute and all, but you should maybe think before sending out 'congratulations for continuing to save money by renewing.' Actually, I'm paying over twice what I was paying before. The only reason I'm not still paying $7 a month instead of $16.75 (actual cost per month with annual plan) is because THEY decided to drop 3G and thus bricking my perfectly serviceable 'talk only' phone because I do 'talk only' phone use. I got 4G because that is the lowest data plan you have. Mind, this will probably be my last year. I only renewed because I was too busy with overtime to research cheaper deals for people like me who could care less about downloading or uploading from their phone to the Net.
That said I've had no issues with making or receiving phone calls this year so no complaints with the actual service.

I will never switch to MintMobile. I don't like seeing the same commercials over and over before every video.
I currently am not thinking about switching plans or doing anything, but if I did, I would definitely go with mint. The ads are actually funny and the fact that the company running it isn't malicious towards its users is very nice.
Mint Mobile are thieves. I paid for 6 months ahead. I got no reception at all. When I asked for a refund, they gave me a runaround and then said it was past 7 days.
Please consider offering discounted phone upgrades(say after a year or more of continuous service) to existing customers and not just new customers. Thank you.
