One of my best friends in high school was a F-4G Wild Weasel and another flew the F-16 in the SEAD mission and later became a F-16 IP for the AZ Nat. Guard.
As someone who worked on Electronic Warfare training equipment at an EW range "somewhere in Europe" we had the Wild Weasels "attacking" us regularly. We were excellent at trying to shoot them down (electronic simulation of course) they were even better though at evading us and "taking us out". And current USA just spited on that face of those same Soldiers and decided to "fuck it" and turn into a world wide embarrassment. Good job!
