  • Norfolk Southern train 27A is seen crossing the Potomac River from Maryland into Shepherdstown, West Virginia from the scenic Ramsey Monument vantage point. This is on the ex-N&W Shenandoah Valley Line. Of note, there are a couple special Hub Group containers near the front end (the light blue cause container for the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago is atop the 50th anniversary Hub Group container which is partially obscured by the well). September 1, 2024.
