In todays video we are looking at one of the most broken and overpowered hades 2 builds I have had so far
Hades 2 moonstone axe is broken if you build around it right

Hades 2 best weapons are hard to discern but I think the moonstone axe is up there
Hades 2 best builds for this weapon are rare though as its a powerhouse, but slow moving weapon. Speed things up with this Hades II broken build today!

The dual torches are actually really good once you figure out how to use them, and what you should be doing. They have my fastest kill times for all the bosses for me. They got the closest to killing chronos for me as well.
I have had a few special only builds that have been decent, it's just a super odd weapon
You can make it strong by a decent build but I don't enjoy using this weapon at all, it's super odd, doesn't look and feel cool compare to other weapons.
@@ishmamhaq3720 the weapon aspect improves it a lot due to faster recovery
Dual torches with Zeus boons are pretty good
Update. Ive killed both chronos, and Erin with all the weapons at least once. This game is sooo fun!
Argent Skull is freaking insane, and it'll be even more insane with a fully upgraded Persephone Aspect. It's really easy to get ridiculous damage with the Ω Special, especially with Apollo or Aphrodite Special and the hammer that makes the waves return after going out.
Apollos special cast is my go to! Agree 100% with the weapons. I miss shield from h1 as well
After upgrading my axe with one of the aspects, the right click special doesn't slow time anymore (using the arcana that slows time when channeling) yet the left click does and all other weapons with upgrades do as well. Does it happen to someone else, and is this a bug, something intented or what's going on here?

I’ve found that Fluid Gain is so much better than any of the other Gain boons where you’re using heavy Omega moves and lots of mana and charging. Mana regen stops entirely when you are charging a move up, whereas the water orbs will still give you mana. On top of that, it is especially good w the axe bc of the rapid procs you can accumulate from the spin.
Should try Charion Axe aspect.Spec into grasp that guves power when your cast is explodes. Spec into your special it wrecks

For argent skull, deal stupid damage with aspect of melinoe and aphrodite attack boon. Hug your enemy and just spam attack. Even better with extra skulls.
you didn't mention the special attack, any thought on it ?
Don't think it's worth it, the shield doesn't always protect you and the attacking part of it isn't that powerful
How can you get into spin charge attack without going through the whole sequence of normal attacks?
For the axe? Just hold the attack button. It will do one normal attack and then charge up to the spin
@@easynow1337 yes. It’s strange that I can’t do it in my game. I hold the button but Mel always goes into the attack sequence and only starts charging the spin after the big lunge attack at the end. I want to try this build but can’t get it to work like you did.

About weapons, yeah agree, for me it seems like weapons from hades 1 was far more better made. Idk how to describe it but they just wasnt clunky or some sort, game itself feeled more smooth
Give it time, the game is still in early access and SuperGiant will listen to our feedback and update the weapons. I do agree that the torches feel very underwhelming.
i think u miss the dash spamming. it’s okay, so do i. but this is better for gameplay all around imo. just takes getting used to
i think its juts a different play style you have to focus more on magic and using your cast
@@muffcopter Exactly bcs dash spammin mechanic from hades 1, i feel that hades 2 is more clunky. Too many struggles with it especially with axe (omega m1 move, try to charge it up and then dash sprint out of it = u ll just dash without sprint) Btw dash sprint is my fav part of this game, feels good

Ive had cronos sub 20% twice with the moonstone spinny builds.
had a run with the axe where i could only do final attack smackdown every attack that would do 2-3k every slam and they were sped up too, didnt even dodge at chronos and killed him in like 10 seconds, by far the best weapon i think, other weapons dont even come close
How did you get 2 to 3k? I had that same boon but it does 300
@@easynow1337 Aphrodite heroic attack boost, full health dmg boost some other boons boosting dmg and crit in cast, mark which made me crit fairly frequently.

@@easynow1337 it helps to have the Aphrodite boon on at the start with the arcana that increase epic chance then you can rarify it, fairly consistent
The blades don't need a buff, lol. They hit for 1500 with the correct deadalus hammer boon.
i killed chronos with a no weapon build posidon dash/sprint stack move sped with card that 1 god and chaos build a lot a lot of health and regen (not a good build but W content)

@@easynow1337just beat it with stuff, Melenoi aspect lvl 5, hammers- special attack faster+ 300 % dmg, boons- Apollo on special attack, Apollo sprint, Hermes dodge, chaos- special attack damage,Hestia- mana regen, rest is just hp mana buff and etc, enjoy
99% of hades 2 players quit before getting a good build

There is a boon that makes you run faster during your spin attack and a boon that allows you to charge faster (you don't need the armor). Very busted build
Yeah I spoke about the charge faster boon too, but armor is a cool addition!
I haven't seen the boon for running faster but sounds busted to me lol
