The Tea stair thing is so random. But it's funny. Tea is somehow the only player in the world with a 2-0 set record over Sparg0 this season. He showed some exceptional patience and defense against Sparg0 and was also able to read his spotdodge habit many times. 7:55 What a nice kill.
"Cheese" is a term used to describe anything that’s cheap, unfair, easy to perform, and requires little to no skill. People often misuse the term. Not everyone can play Kazuya optimally, as he has one of the highest technical learning curves in the game. If everyone could consistently perform a zero-to-death combo with Kazuya, he would be a 100% tournament pick.
How about we talk to them first, then form a long trail of paperwork about said employees incompetence. Should be able to fire this guy without any problems in about 3 months
My theory is that Sparg0's missed up-smash on the central platform at 2-2, last stock, and 68-104 (time code 18:21) was exactly where the 2024 Smash timeline broke in two.
Tea is my favorite player. So glad to see him get a great win and to see him happy about it. His popoff seemed really genuine like he really wanted it.
Absolute nailbiter. I used to be a Kazuya hater, and Tea was a large part of that, but I think I’m coming around to enjoying watching his footsies. And especially when the set is as close as this one.
Its crazy how Sparg0 was the objective number 2 for over a year, but Leo kept him at bay just long enough for other players to advance the ranks enough to stop Sparg0 from ever reaching the number 1 spot
Glad tea won this, he missed quite a few chances this set: 9:42 he waited and charged up the up smash, I think he should have killed with immediate up smash oos 10:20 I’m pretty sure this was a missed input and he meant to go for ewgf 17:37 obvious ewgf miss Not sure what spargo was thinking with that last anime play with the charged up smash on the platform, but ggs nevertheless
I think this match up shows well on how this game is not meant to be played at pro level. Spargo is spamming bair as long as it takes to work and Tea spamming electric and trying to get grabs. The fact that you can't punish cloud bair even on parry is dumb and kazya is dumb over all. Just boring watch
Okay, conversely, Mkleo produces some of the most iconic and thrilling comebacks in Fighting game history, and produces some of the craziest unheard of stats, as well as some of the cleanest stylish gameplay with Joker and Byleth. @joonaskuokkanen1672 I mean yeah you're entitled to your opinion. And I agree those characters are lame. But like I said it doesn't represent the entire game as a whole, but yes the meta has shifted to a less than desirable spectator esport than it once was
Hey admin, quick question, why haven't you used OG Cloud for Sparg0? He has switched alts for some time now, and OG Cloud representation in competitive is lacking. Considering the other thumbnails use the standard alt, I was wondering why use the AC alt. Might as well throw a bone. :)
"I'm not funny so I have to be smart" - best brush up on your facts then. Limit moves have the same startup as normal (except blade beam which goes from f18 -> f16), Climhazzard comes out frame 7 not frame 3 that would be broken, LCS does have s (frames 6-11), Town is not as long as PS2.
Fooling people to make them think you're smart *is* a smart move (though it was more like entertainment). However, being knowledgeable about precise frame data (that you certainly didn't memorize) from a niche competitive scene, isn't. Congrats, you're not funny, nor smart, you're just a dick, and a dork at that.
Not even really close. Count the number of times a mistake by either person and then see what that mistake led to eg avg damage or confirm. Spargos mistakes led to more damage immediately after due to kazuya’s cheese. Tea would get juggled for 30-50 percent and live to reengage. Awful matchup for the viewer, but spargo played better
Spargo made a lot of mistakes that Tea took full advantage of. F-airing in his face five times in a row, inviting Tea to parry and kill him. Holding up smash inviting Tea to drift away and kill him. He played well, but this wasn’t just a character thing
@@LeeSanchez-m8j That's not a good way to know who played better. Cloud has a better neutral than Kazuya in this matchup, so it's easier for him to win interactions. Kazuya does more damage so he gets more from each opening, but getting those openings is harder for him than it is for Cloud.
Que asco ver como spargo juega mucho mejor y se esfuerza mucho más por hacer daño y kazuya de una o dos interacciones lo mata, cada que gana un Steve o un kazuya pierde Smash jaja

to be fair both of those 2 wins were on the same weekend so it would be the same as beating someone twice in a tournament then not fighting them again

@@AshenDemon Not really. Sparg0 had over a day to figure out a new gameplan for Tea instead of just a few hours. That makes a big difference.
