Leo, however, recognized the fair as an opportunity for a reversal and reacted by canceling his tether into the jump fair 1 confirm. So Leo not only escaped the ledge trap, but found a reversal stock out of it. That's an impressive presence of mind to find such a powerful option in a normally disadvantageous situation.

After the nerfs combined with the execution required to play him and downsides with arsene (easier 2 frame and recovery exploitation) most people are fine with him. Only time people really complain is if they are complete scrubs
what's with the sentiment in the smash community that if a character is good it deserves to be banned, I've even heard some people say sonic needs to be banned for being lame. the only time a character truly deserves to be banned is when they have absurd gamebreaking potential like Bayonetta having literally no downsides while instantly killing you back in sm4sh.
