This is like if they did an on-set rehearsal before the actual video. Nobody's really got their lines down yet, but it gives them an idea of the general layout of the skit.

Basically what happened on set during filming of heavy is dead
Heavy keeps forgetting his lines so he tries to have long thoughts to desperately remember them but ends up saying the wrong thing or repeats himself
Engineer usually remembered his lines but he often forgets what he supposed to do
Spy forgot some of his lines but wants to keep the plot going, even if he ruined the "suprise"
Sniper never bothered to practice and skips his dialouge and says the wrong thing and doesn't even care
Solider does forget a few of his lines but he doesn't realize everyone forgot the script so he just bumbles along to the performance
Medic actually remembers his lines and knows exactly what hes supposed to do, the only reason he couldn't exit because he told the stage crew not to lock the ambulances doors, but they did anyways
Scout completely butchered the delivery of his line, he had one job! Hes been practicing of days and nights and was confident he can do it and he fucked it up
Demoman arrived to the stage drunk off his ass and shitfaced and had no idea what he was doing
A serious meeting was held to discuss the abysmal shitshow they performed
At least medic was given a pass for actually following the script
Sounds like one of those "The making of was more interesting than the actual movie." things. :)

Engineer: Did kinda well, but messed up some stage directions and a few lines
Spy: Did quite well, only missed a handful of his lines.
Sniper: Got his question wrong.
Soldier: Same as spy, only missed one or two lines i think?
Medic: Got all his lines right, unfortunately he was locked in the ambulance.
Scout: Had literally two lines, and messed them up.
Demoman: Flatout drunk, couldn't say any of his lines.
the medic remembers everything excpet his ambulance keys
all that heavy remembers is that he's meant to be dead
The spy also jumped up in the script when he said the Engineer is the murderer.

Medic also missed his mark, the ambulance wasn't supposed to hit the wall, spy lost all his props, and Demoman shockingly nailed his stage directions, just didn't say anything.
i love how medic just continues all his lines from the ambulance, even the kiss, he really is the embodiment of "the show must go on"

Sniper: The earth is flat
It just got me laughing
Average day in the drama team.
Since the original comment is gone, I'd like to leave my own interpretations of each character's preformance
Heavy: Has extremely long and dramatic breaks in an attempt to remember his lines, which alsways leads to him saying "I am dead" regardless of the actual line
Engineer: Screws up multiple parts, most notably the part where he's supposed to hide his gun, but simply improvises to keep the plot rolling
Spy: Skips and fumbles some lines, but keeps going, even if he realistically shouldn't
Sniper: Slips up several times, resulting in him applying a combination of Spy and Engineers methods to get his sentences across, regardless
Soldier: Severely drags out his actions and seems to have remembered his lines, but got confused by the others not knowing theirs
Medic: Knows his full script, but locked himself up in the ambulance, and in turn the others didn't give him a chance to preform his last action.
Scout: Screws up the delivery on his one major line, but doesn't notice that he's not the only one who forgot their lines
Demo: Literally just drunk off his ass. Nothing more
