The renovation of our Quonset Hut! [Total remodel]

The Quonset hut renovation starts here! It’s a total gut and rebuild. This is the renovation journey of a working family building a legacy one day at a time.
We bought this property from a gentleman that goes to our church. We spent well over a year ironing out the details, settling trusts, dealing with lawyers, and finally closing 1 year and 1 month from the day negotiations started. It has been our longest real estate transaction to date.
In this video we are setting out our plan of action, introducing ourselves and giving some sneak peaks into the current state of this massive project.
This Quonset hut has been hoarded for 20years, and had very minimal maintenance. It hasn’t even had running water for over 3 months and it’s still inhabited!
