    @05:05 that, "ooh there's something there" is actually sealant applied across the crankcase join.... leave as is, or if you do take it off then reapply with something similar.

    Bike sounds brilliant mate ...roll on spring!.
    I've got the same model tbh .....keep toying with the idea of moving on to something more up to date ,but they're just so much fun and a bargain to buy ,cheapish to run ....and no debt !.
    What exhaust can you got fitted mate ?.

    How did you get the seat to sit up that tall? Did you install new rear spring ?

    Great video, mate. Seems like it's a fairly straight forward job.
    I've just got a 650 Bandit and I'm finding that sometimes the clutch is slipping at high revs under hard acceleration. Is that what you were getting too?

      Yeah exactly the same but I’ve also found out under the chain/ side casing there is a clutch retention spring that will sit the clutch back in so if that’s snapped (like mine is) it can also add to the problem. They are only a couple of quid so worth a try

      @@georgeradley1299bro ,cld you help out bandit 600 mk 1 been sitting in garage for yr plus ,clutch when pulled in jumps from smooth with a clunk to the grip on bar ,never had this before it’s like a stutter in the lever .getting the bike to move in gear is like breaks are on ,any tips be handy scotland and it’s winter ,lol cheers ,mine is rebuilt green owned four but never come across this ever ,cheers
