DAY IN THE LIFE | Charge Nurse

Now that I have been working as a charge nurse, I thought it was time to take you with me in a day of the life as a charge nurse! Working as a charge nurse is much different than working the floor. The responsibilities are much different, but I have been enjoying working as Charge. It has already taught me so much because when someone has a question, the charge nurse is who they look to, and although I don't know the answer to all of their questions, there are so many resources to help find the answer!
