After cooking change the food in another vessel. First 6 month u should do this long term uses there is no problem. My cast iron is using 13 years. Now there is no problem. It will become nonstick 😊😊😊

Never buy anything from indusvalley ...they are worse at service and no tips works for there cookware...it is turning entire food into black am afraid of eating if it gives any bad effects to body.
