    Great advice. Im a 41 yo competing against much younger opponents and it's bloody hard to keep up but here I am still winning fights thanks to people like you who generously share their knowledge. Thank you!

      I just turned 40 and just starting out in Muay Thai. Been doing it recreational for about a year now. I would love to compete so this is very encouraging to hear.

    Running is bullshit. It's nothing like fight pace.
    One should train in what they are doing. If running and jumpe rope was increasing your Endurance, then Swimmers would run, they don't. They swim, for hours.
