That was amazing. Could you try doing a few bosses with the Regalia of Eochaid and the same buffs? I've been playing with this sword, but i'm not sure if it gets any close to the Marai's Executioner Sword in skill damage, tho i hope it does.

Hey if I try to make a build for this in new game plus, would I get more damage from the ash of war if I did like 60 strength and 60 arcane? Or is it better to just bump up strength?

Is there any item that can replace the Red-feathered branchsword for identical results? I don't like the idea of health being that low since I'm not good at avoiding damage. My key has been using a lot of health potions and getting as high a level as possible.
Ritual sword talisman instead of the feather talisman increase 10 % damage at full health instead of 20% but low health
ritual sword if you plan on staying at full hp, or godfrey icon if you're going for fully charged skills. I prefer godfrey icon in most cases

I didn't know the spiked tear worked with the ash of war. Does it put out more damage than the magic damage boosting one?
Yes because the spiked stacks and It gets much more damage than the magic One
@@quoppp6169 I just tested the spiked vs magic tears, and the magic tear actually gives more damage, even on a fully charged skill.
Talismans i used in the test are godfrey icon, alexander shard, rotten sword, and millicent prosthesis, and the buffs I used were bloodboil, uplifting aromatic, and the flask. I did a fully charged skill on the troll outside godrick (ng+7). My character has 23 arc and 60 str.
With the spiked tear, a fully charged skill did 9469 damage, and with the magic tear it did 9670.
Even with more buffs the magic tear still gives more damage. After adding buffs from the grafted blade aow and an offhand dagger with sacred order, the spiked tear gives 11058 damage, and the magic tear gives 11296.
Once bleed gets nerfed this is what ill go too if not another build that is game breaking.

You can also get the winged sword insignia which does the same thing as rotten sword. It is like 3% less at each stage though
You can get both on the same run with millicent questline acctually

Edit: nevermind I checked the wiki the godfrey icon is 15% more damage on charged skills and the red feather talisman raises attack by 20% when ur low

Currently on a lvl 19 +0 flame art Uchigatana with flaming strike ash of war. This add a fixed damage to the Uchi. Combined with flame grant me Strenght and golden vow. Damage is insane for a +0 weapon😂
Combine it with Latenna +10 summon and the game is easy.

Red feather talisman increase 20% damage , you can use the ritual sword talisman instead and you get 10% damage at full health
