You should note that you should edit the XML not to install Teams or OneDrive. In RDS there is a teams and oneDrive version specific to RDS. Your XML installs the wrong version thats going to mess up RDS users. Great video. Thanks
Thanks for sharing your knowledge. I have a question : for support, you need to fallow Monthly or Semi Annual Channel -> so you need to upgrade your Office. In the XML there is the anchor , it is an ultra important point to be supported by microsoft. Why not talking of that part ? Do you prefer to download locally every month and link the registry to a local folder ? or using a shared folder on the LAN ? Cheers
Thank you sooo much sir.. You made my office life sooo easy... Really really Thank you... May you prosper... 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 You know? may be you won't believe, I was searching this from 8-9 Months. and I got my Answer finally through your video. Our users already have Volume license versions of office 2016\2019 on their PC. Do I need to purchase an M365 Apps Ent license for each one of them if they are signing into the RDS server? I really only need Excel to export from Dynamics GP.
Can you point to where the bad man hurt you? Lol, this doesn't look any more complicated than most, it's a .exe and a simple .xml and if you need this and the license is confusing, you most likely have an account manager to ask but it's kind of an easy guess.

@@gilbertorodriguez5822 you need 3e that is right
Why didn't you download the stand alone setup file of the Office 365 and install it using its exe file?
the most important line of XML was to enable shared licenseing
Nobody: …
Msft: “how can we make office download/install more complicated”

@@idocare6538 no, this is far far more complicated than most, as always microsoft gives 0.0001 fucks about their enterprise users
Why it's said unlicensed product in my rdp😭?
