This was the most chill episode of What If, this was clearly supposed to act like the calm before the storm seeing how the episode ended with showing Ultron/Vision.
Not so much the calm before the storm, but the eye of the hurricane. As we'd gotten nothing but admittedly dark storylines for three solid episodes and are clearly heading to more serious stories.
The Watcher saying "Wait, what?" was the funniest part of the episode. For someone who's always watching, him getting surprised was a fun little change of pace.
It's interesting how a lot of people talk about the end with Ultron Vision, but only few point out the suprised Watcher. Every other Episode, the Watcher KNEW what was happening, but here, the Watcher was suprised, something that is really scary to think of: A being so powerful that it cannot be perceived and seems like it knows everything, is suddenly surprised by an event
That is very true cuz then it makes it seem that He can get his predictions wrong. I guess it shows some kind of flaw even in a powerful being such as the watcher
Every single moment from the episode is perfection, absolute perfection! Chris Hemsworth really did showcased his comedic and badass chops from beginning to end. Also, the Captain Marvel VS Thor screams Dragon Ball Z in the fight, I just can’t pick one specific moment. All of it was perfection! Carol really showcased her combat skills in this one.
I love this episode because it brings out goodness in most of the universal figures we've seen, even though they're unintentionally destructive. Episode 2 with T'Challa, shows the best of major universal figures, when they come together for good intentions and not just self-service. It's great because the fun and the funny meet in all the right places. ☺️
Phase 1-2 Thor would be annoyed of him, see him as immature and not worth his time. Phase 3 Thor would party with him but would know when to get serious with Party Thor.
Wow, without Loki having access to the Bifrost he couldn't cause mischief across all nine realms so the frost giants and Surter had no reason to hate Asgardians. Amazing.
Because she's the only actually supportive and decent parent out if that bunch lol, well maybe Laufey isn't that bad of a parent either frost giant Loki seemed okay
My favorite was when Thor and Captain Marvel had their fist fight against each other because I really loved watching them use their powers and powerful weaponry against each other and Loki trying to find a date
Another moment I loved was Thor telling Captain Marvel to smile. I remember this big controversy before Captain Marvel came out in theaters. It ended up being rather absurd, because she practically smiles all the way through the movie. I still wonder if it was some brilliant marketing controversy that Marvel trolls generated. Let's be honest, it wouldn't be the dumbest Marvel tease that fans fell for.
My favorite moment from the episode has to be when Ultron shows up with all 6 Infinity Stones and in Vision's body. Now that was a shocking ending to say the least! But the rest of the episode was absolutely hilarious 😂😁
Heimdall: You had ONE job... How can a guy that sees everything miss the outrageous antics of the guy HE WAS JUST TOLD TO WATCH?!? (to borrow a phrase from "Pitch Meetings" - "... so the story could happen.".)
It did make wonder why loki never grew to the size of the frost giants when he was raised by the asgards. Than this episode cones by and than I realized different realms means different grow spurts I guess.
Did you notice how much Thor loves his hair? First in Ragnarok, Stanley cuts his hair and in this episode Captain Marvel drags him by grabing his golden silky Pride.
The Watcher: “And they lived happily ever.” Comic Book Readers: “Haha like that’s ever gonna happen. What a loogie.” *Rips Page Out Of Book* *Closes Book* *Flushes Toilet*
After I watched the episode, I thought it would have been funny to include a character who meets Thor by the name of "Arthur". In a non-MCU story, "Life, the Universe, and Everything" (third book in the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy series), the main character, Arthur Dent, meets Thor at "The Longest Cocktail party", a long and destructive party that had been going on for 4 generations.
I just have to point out, that I'm surprise that this episode didn't include Tony Stark. He's a total sucker for wild and rambunctious moments like these. Plus, he's a natural born party dude
The Cathedral in the background of Thor's class is the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore in Florence Italy, home of the Renaissance and the brick dome is called the Duomo and is the world's largest brick dome.
340: Lay it on me 10 -Right. Never mess with the Captain 9 -Yeah not really but there’s other fun background characters 8 -What? 7 -Totally did and loved it!! 6 -Oh, cool to know 5 -Ha! I noticed that! 4 -🤣🤣🤣 3 -Gulp gulp gulp 2 -Definitely did which is a cliffhanger 1 -That shocked me! Just like in the zombie episode! 🤯
@@MxPotato84 Like. I need an explanation to justify that entire thing existing, because there is no way just being a lone child caused Thor’s future nemesis to look like THAT!
This episode definitely had me laughin' way more than i thought it would. Funny tho that he really, really didn't want tha smoke wit his mother: he knew that's an L anyday of tha week lol
"Look who's pooping the party now. It is you, who's pooping the party!!" Lol that really crack me up, plus, Thor here really reminds me of Prince Charming from Shrek 2 lol
Yeah, none of the videos that I watched mentioned that (the wake up scene was very similar to the Hangover) specially since Rocket was there and his voice actor is one of the main protagonist.
did they though i mean essentially they just told that that cocky version of thor can easliy go to to toe with captain marvel wihtout much effort so how much easier would he beat captain marvel with the infinity war version hed probably own her
Why do I feel like Talos and the Skrulls are going to eventually turn out to be the bad guys in the “Secret Invasion” Disney+ series coming out soon and turn on Nick Fury and S.H.I.E.L.D. when they least expect it? Here’s hoping that doesn’t happen. But it does, things are going to get real chaotic.
Totally amazing, I love seeing captain marvel & Thor fight it was epic too watch mojo and I would love to see what if captain marvel never leave the Cree fought against them like the movie too. Fantastic job on the video
i know i was like dang that man has some serious packa a punch of course then captain marvel followed through but you could tell there was just having fun and not even close to taking her seriously till she made him mad at the very end then he might have try'd to get serious

Wonder if we'll get a What If episode with Shang-Chi, or is he still to new to get one yet?
Three words: Howard the Duck.
The fight between Thor and Captain Marvel in the desert 🌵
You made a tinsy error with the Agents of SHIELD box for when it ran. The show ended in 2020; the info box implied it was still running.
This was the most chill episode of What If, this was clearly supposed to act like the calm before the storm seeing how the episode ended with showing Ultron/Vision.
Just like Ragnarok before Infinity War
What-if Ultron won. Meaning that he actually inhibited the Vision body he made for himself.
@@isaiahdeleon2508 and from that silhouette it makes me wonder if this fusion looks better than Ultron Sigma's appearance
Not so much the calm before the storm, but the eye of the hurricane. As we'd gotten nothing but admittedly dark storylines for three solid episodes and are clearly heading to more serious stories.
This show is basically an anthology, meaning that the episodes don't tie into each other. If they did, everyone would be zombies at the moment.
The Watcher saying "Wait, what?" was the funniest part of the episode. For someone who's always watching, him getting surprised was a fun little change of pace.
@CLN32 SOLIS, Emmanuel Javier A. Agreed.
Thor hammer 🔨🔨🔨🔨🔨🔨🔨🔨 time dancing.

@@DwightMarten don’t you mean Sexy Lexy, I mean Lex Luthor.
YES! And they brought back Clancy Brown.

Really when was that?

Too bad there was no Sylvie at the party
Too bad Darcy was already hooked up with Howard.
This was such a fun and hilarious "What If...?" episode, and I absolutely loved the fight between Party Thor and Captain Marvel.
The whole episode is amazing, Grandmaster KILLED IT as DJ in this episode
“Drop the foam”
Agreed definitely.
Sure did and got to admit, I love the episode
It's interesting how a lot of people talk about the end with Ultron Vision, but only few point out the suprised Watcher. That is very true cuz then it makes it seem that He can get his predictions wrong. I guess it shows some kind of flaw even in a powerful being such as the watcher
Thor may challenge a lot of things, but even he won’t challenge his mother
LOL
Frigga living Asgard to go be with her sisters as soon as Odin goes to sleep was a bit funny to me. Yeah you go girl!
I love that part😂😂 She’s all “sleep my love.” Then the moment he’s knocked out, “well, I’m off to my sisters”😂😂
Sad she says see them in the next 1000 years, Odin should take her to see her sisters more
Every single moment from the episode is perfection, absolute perfection!
I’ve actually been curious to know how Thor would’ve turned out if he didn’t learn humility like he did in the 2011 movie
I love how it was the HYDRA plant that was most upset about not using nukes.
Watcher: Finally! A happy ending.
Ultron/Vison: I’m about to end this man’s whole career.
Watcher: You’ve gotta be shitting me.
You got to be kidding me
I love this episode because it brings out goodness in most of the universal figures we've seen, even though they're unintentionally destructive.
Episode 2 with T'Challa, shows the best of major universal figures, when they come together for good intentions and not just self-service.
It's great because the fun and the funny meet in all the right places. ☺️
I loved the scene of Nebula gambling which was a direct reference to Tony at the beginning of the first Iron Man.
Mama needs a new... Eye! Haha love it!
Everything was all fun and games until the ending. Even The Watcher didn't see that coming.
The Hammer passing by Carol is similar to Stormbreaker during the beginning of Avengers Endgame.
My favorite part of the episode is Surtur flirting with the Statue of Liberty.
Definitely the best cliffhanger ever.
The Watcher scene killed me he really said hold up wait a minute some ain't right
UltraViz appears and everything is back to normal for him
Despite the fact that Heimdall doesn’t care enough to watch earth, you’d think he would still keep an eye on Thor no matter where he goes.
Watching a Norse god play dominoes with Stonehenge was one of my favorite Marvel moments ever.
What do you think the MCU version of Thor would say if he saw this version of himself?
Good question
Phase 1-2 Thor would be annoyed of him, see him as immature and not worth his time.
Phase 3 Thor would party with him but would know when to get serious with Party Thor.
Probably the same way Johnny Cage felt about his younger self in MK11. Embarrassed and disappointed.
Thor has always been a chad
Its funny how captain marvel and thor keep fighting each other and taking each other out to other countries.
Our new favourite What If? episode! Not overly heavy, serious & depressing. Agent Maria Hill was awesome
"Just in case she gets distracted by a cat." - my fave quote because it's so true of cat owners.
@@thetiredtrademarkseal I teach online martial arts classes from our home gym. We have 3 cats. I know about getting distracted at "work"
No mention of Thor telling Carol to "smile a little" as a callback to Captain Marvel critics?
In other words, feminist sexists. LMAO
She was a miserable plank in that movie though haha. Maybe more a reference to the biker who asked for a smile then got his bike stolen?
Yep they definitely should have mentioned that.
I feel like Thor is the most relatable in this episode
CAPTAIN AMERICA WITH COSMIC POWERS
I love how the first episode in a while that wasn’t depressing had Ultron in it 😅
345: I laughed hard for Jutur taking Liberty’s arm off
Wow, without Loki having access to the Bifrost he couldn't cause mischief across all nine realms so the frost giants and Surter had no reason to hate Asgardians. Amazing.
That ending was wild!! I loved the Watcher’s reaction! 🤣🤣🤣
I like how all the fathers were missing: Odin, Ego, Thanos, Laufey. But the Real Scary Parent everyone knows and fears is Frigga!
Because she's the only actually supportive and decent parent out if that bunch lol, well maybe Laufey isn't that bad of a parent either frost giant Loki seemed okay

At first I thought he was the ultron from marvel vs capcom infinite
This one plays out like the song "Party Rock Anthem" as made by the MCU.
Captain Marvel got extra mad when Thor told her to smile 😃
Heimdall: You had ONE job...
How can a guy that sees everything miss the outrageous antics of the guy HE WAS JUST TOLD TO WATCH?!?
