Hope your day 25 of 1 month weight loss challenge went great. Today's video is about 2 healthy lunch and dinner உணவு that you can have if you are following a keto diet or in general looking to lose weight. Low carb/keto is the way to lose weight in my opinion and it has been working for me. Keto and intermittent fasting has been giving me great results. Lunch உணவு is a spicy egg plant (Brinjal) gravy with flax seed, coconut, and almond flour roti/chapati. Dinner is a spicy veggie salad with 2 eggs.
All these ingredients gave me the required protein, fiber, and fats for the day and helped me stay low carb.

Day 24 completed (sep 8)
8am: 250ml of seeragam water
10.30am: One boiled egg and one apple
1pm: almond roti with panner gravy
4.30pm: 5 walnuts
6 to 7pm: walking
9pm: Watermelon
Drank 3litre water whole day
Morning hot water...9:00 am ku butter coffee...11;00 am hibiscus tea 1:00 pm 2 murukku...3:00 pm ku goat head Kari 1 cup. 5:00 ku tea nit ku 3 eggs omlete
After 20 hours fasting
Lunch bullet coffee
Snacks nuts
Dinner 4 eggs
Day 25 completed (Sep 9)
7am: 200ml of seeragam water
9am: one chapathi
10.30am: one apple
1.30pm: 1 Cucumber and little rice with dhal
4.30pm to 5.30pm: cardio exercise
7.30pm: one pomegranate and two omelets

My weight reduced in total to 2 kg till date ... Today I followed IF, but NOT keto since I had tamil sangam function and could not avoid lunch loaded fully with carb, sugar tea....
great going. I also try Keto or Low-carb. I think being a vegetarian, keto throughout is a challenge. Hence, I try to keep my carbs between 20 to 100 g a day.

Yes, coconut is so good in general. For this recipe, I don't think it would work with fresh coconut.
Daily dinner 2 eggs omelet & carrot juice without sugar - 150 ml edukaren. Lunch ku thaa different ah try panren. Ithu healthy dinner ahh? Carrot juice daily edukalama? Plz advice me.

Hi dear. Can v use Erythritol or stevia as sweetener ?? Any idea abt it?
YEs, both are good. Stevia is the best. Erythritol causing bloating, so I prefe Stevia
Hai sister.. All keto flours (almond flour, flaxseed flour and coconut flour) looks bit costly..is there any other option for keto flour??

The fiber has some calories. So, please only take it during the non-fasting window.
