But to buy just ONE, you'd have to buy a plane ticket, get a rental car, drive three hours, just to buy one bonsai pot. If you're buying a cargo container, minimum order is a 20 foot container. You have to buy a plane ticket to visit the supplier, spend time to build a relationship with the supplier, pay for the massive order of around 5,000- 10,000 bonsai pots, shipping and international fees, risk of it breaking during transit, and a place to store it. I'm not sure what the cost of bonsai pots are in the EU, but the mark up price puts these obstacles into factor.
