When wireless and usb num pads are like $10, why would they waste that valuable keyboard space with a Numpad? Overall nice laptop besides that just weird choice for a 16” laptop.

It looks really cool I’m a big fan of glossy screens. I think if they made it available with Intel ultra and a second M2 slot like my F15 has then it would be better and imagine the battery life with core ultra!

Doesn't Asus put their best parts in their zenbook line? Is the display really better on this laptop then their zenbook line?

Keyboard is a dealbreaker. When manufacturers are going to learn that changing the layout of the keyboard means you will never get used it. Specially since this will NOT be your only keyboard you are using. If you can't fit a full keypad then don't.

I dislike numpads! In my old age, I was reluctant to adopt a new keyboard design, although I did try and became an unproductive, frustrated mess. So, this is a deal-breaker for me. I am thankful that Apple never went in this direction.
I am not an ASUS fan, but they offer relative value, so they will sell.

Instead of a protective glass and glass touchpad. They made a plastic chassis, increased power consumption, decreased resolution. Now the vivobook is indistinguishable from gamer "hot bricks". ...in a silver plastic chassis.... I'm staying on the first vivobook option, waiting for Apple's oled, asus has nothing to catch.
