Bus Build Episode 42 - Couch Construction

- Finally, we are back at the bus! Slowly but surely we are doing more work on the bus. Buying a house put us at least a year behind on the bus build but we will get there.
In this episode, we build the couch. No plans, just winging it as we go. It's funny how we both had the same idea on how to make the bed slide and yet be able to lift it for storage underneath. We work so well together.
It's nice to have a place to sit finally. Well, no cushions yet but that's coming this week so we will have a functioning couch before we take it out hopefully in 2 weeks if all goes well with the fuel lift pump.

those drilling jigs are the bomb! they were too pricy for me so I did it the hard way
After using them I don't think I can ever go back to the hard way! They make life so easy.
Neat seeing the couch being built, can't wait to see the finished project. Just a suggestion though, some parts when you are talking are a little hard to hear, like around the 7:40, 11:55 and 12 ish mark, so then I can't really hear what you are doing. Maybe a mic or podding down the music a bit?
Ah, all those parts where I'm just talking to myself trying to figure out what I'm doing. LOL. I should just cut those parts out.
