Good breakdown, but thin on details, eg: 1 includes 1440, 2 includes Pomadoro etc. PLUS if you run this at 1.75 speed it only wastes about 20 minutes to watch! :)
"You do not owe anyone to explain your no." This is quote I should have known during my conversation with one of my bad therapists, but there no way for me to know it anyway. I can do better now.
Even if 40% of to-do list tasks are never completed, the 60% that do probably represent a whole lot more productive and priority-ordered stuff than would be done without the list. The list keeps you from losing sight of your objectives, and because it relieves you from overwhelming your mind with ideas, you give yourself more freedom to write more down on the list, thinking "If I ever do have time, that's what I'd like to get done next".
Thank you for creating such helpful videos. I have a suggestion, could you consider adding time stamps to your videos? Sometimes I’m multitasking and would appreciate the ability to quickly navigate to specific sections without having to search through video. Thanks!
Love this! Kevins was one of the first podcasts I listened to on the start of my entrepreneurial journey. I’ve scooped up many of these tips over the years the last decade and use them daily. It’s great to hear them all in place. I’ve been doing it so long it’s become automatic and hearing like this reminds me like “oh yeah, I do that” lol
This video is not good. This video is abundantly great!😊 Your direct, information based, and delivery are 2nd to none. In any moment there is a gap in my schedule; I spend my valuable time wisely, watching as well as retaining these gold nuggets. Not everything that glitters is gold, there is a lot of pirate out there. This is undoubtedly pure gold. Thank you for the intrinsic value.
I love the idea of treating time like an investment - calculating return on minutes instead of just dollars. Such a powerful mindset shift! It really makes you reconsider how you're spending each day
Love it! Funny, well researched, and it's made all of my lucky friends with whom I share these facts look at me funny and shake their heads....Alltogether satisfactory outcome. Thanks! ❤❤❤
Great information. Will watch 6 more times til it sticks. Will share. 👍🏻 and tips on retaining information? I have a problem where I can read and comprehend..., but it doesnt stick to memory.🤷🏻♂️
Thank you so much for your efforts. You are amazing at your job and help me daily. I truly appreciate you. Have a fantastic day knowing you positively change lives.
Elvin-thank you for this video. I have been looking for videos to teach me how to better manage my time and not procrastinate or waste it. Well no videos helped and I let that idea go. I found your channel last week on a completely unrelated cause and subscribed cause I like your videos and the knowledge you’ve read that your sharing with the world. Today I clicked on this video and 1440-is a god sent. Totally different perspective now. Thank you so much!!
Wow thank you for this amazing video! I had to take breaks from it, it was SO much valuable information 🤯😵💫 haha seriously thank you your content is fantastic 👏🏻
Being an epistemophiliac, I am always in the curious search of valuable content that adds value to my roi and you, immensely added value to it. I appreciate your valuable time , energy and efforts making in these videos. Keep on doing the good work of spreading the knowledge.😊 Always greatful to you 🙏🏻
Not everyone is most productive in the morning as you assume. Personally, my best output comes in the evening between 7pm and 12pm. This is in book balancing and reconciliation. In the morning I don't achieve as much.
Good video. 2 things I disagree with personally is 1) The to-do list. I get a dopamine hit every time I cross off something big and it motivates me to keep going. 2) There is always more to do so accept it and clock out. George Bush and Richard Branson do not perform monotonous tasks in their professions. They delegate those. This is was frees up their time, not a mindset. If average people live like this they do not have anyone to delegate to, the work builds up even more, and stress ensues. It’s not a good idea to compare time management with people who have the power to delegate and literally just say yes or no for a living.
Man I always do to do list. And sometimes I can finish everything but usually I dont. So I feel that one. It is good but maybe I will do a time calender thing
I have no problems opening my emails everyday though. I'm also waiting for important emails that i cant miss. I can still perform my daily tasks normally😅 I think it still depends on how many emails were receiving😅
love it, incredible summary, but if you could please do never split the difference by chris voss and a book by dr myles Munroe called in pursuit of purpose, releasing your potential and understanding your potential..please...
There’s a lot to take from this video it’s all great stuff too. If you find no value you may have to reevaluate your goals because it may not be in entrepreneurship
12:44. Yes, that’s what I look forward to after work… everyday. I fall asleep, empty of energy I agree with would love more energy to do the tvinga I want to do
How can a woman/parents do the same? If so can we please get an idea for how a married woman can manage their time while raising children in their family to boost productivity to accomplished their dreams?
This is so oriented to capitalist productivity. Humans do not need to be productive. Focus is healthy to nurture, but it’s important to focus on things that enrich your life, not your corporations.
we live in a world of limited resources. Sure, productivity isn't a requirement, but productivity and efficiency is important regardless bc of limited resources, whether that be time, money, raw materials, food, clean water, elec, etc it can be any task, cooking, cleaning, painting a house, getting chores done. And ofc productivity/efficiency is useful in goods production, such as making /growing crops and food for people if you can be more efficient, produce the same results with less (assuming done in an ethical matter), why wouldn't that be a good thing to pursue?
Lesson 4: No more to do list Fill in your calendar instead - block time away to focus on specific tasks It frees mind, reduce stress and increase cognitive performance
This content is a page-turner. I read a similar book that I couldn't put down either. "Dominating Your Clock: Strategies for Professional and Personal Success" by Anthony Rivers

Calendar instead of to do list is a great idea
Man I always do to do list. And sometimes I can finish everything but usually I dont. So I feel that one. It is good but maybe I will do a time calender thing
Loved this! Watched this with my world-schooled children and we learned life-changing practices

This channel GEM of youtube community's
Great video.. too many ads for my Squirrely Brain & only 15 min in. . .
Ok I'm getting this and tracking

Outstanding job!
great videos
Is this your real voice? hehe your channel is gold. Thank you ❤❤❤
Ty❤ your awesome 😎
謝謝!
I started thinking about time in money, then days. $60 is one day of 8hrs of a work day. And those $60 go fast
Yes. I spend my 30 minutes in precious two hours after waking to see this video. Haha. but it's really interest.
How can a woman/parents do the same? If so can we please get an idea for how a married woman can manage their time while raising children in their family to boost productivity to accomplished their dreams?
So much yes here
The thing about the air bike is a bit extreme. If that was the case gyms wouldn’t have them or everyone would be going home in an ambulance
This is so oriented to capitalist productivity. Humans do not need to be productive. Focus is healthy to nurture, but it’s important to focus on things that enrich your life, not your corporations.
Not entirely. Mums can use this as the main home executive 😂
@@waffle_chair9269 Totally, apply productivity in a way that improves yours and your family’s lives, not your boss’s! 🤘

This enlightened soul is going to be poor.
These are examples
❤❤💯🙌🏻from sri lankan me
and here I am procrastinating at work by watching this video
Reaching the goal in 25 mins vs how much more time is left before I can rest.
Have small mini goals for the session
have small breaks in between
prioritize and do important tasks first
Do 1/90/90 Challenge
Lesson 4: No more to do list
Fill in your calendar instead - block time away to focus on specific tasks
It frees mind, reduce stress and increase cognitive performance
If its not a hell yes.. then ite a no
When you say yes to something you say no to something else
Lesson #7 Theme your days - Focusing your day on something and nothing else...
Ex. Sunday - Feedback & Strategy
Monday - Content, etc
3 Questions
How can this get done? - outsource
Q1: Drop - How valuable is this? Can i drop this
Q2: Delegate
Q3: Automate
Who’s voice artist do you use? I want to book her for an animation video for a health video
So, Karyn, tell us what brought you around to fixing yourself?

It's not about time It's working smarter

1:00 .. I just don't know what to do with it
1440 minutes isn't a lot but it's only 1080 if you wake up at 6
I love your videos
2:00 min mejores invertidos . 🙂😉👍
Identify your first important task and do it the first morning.
Me in the morning : cook breakfast for the family
I can’t seem to find the description with the mentioned link
Imagine how many minutes were lost due to people initially asking why the door says 1440
😡the number of advertisement interruptions on this video is RIDICULOUS!
My advice for you guys, speed up all videos, podcasts. Your brain can easily deal with it
I always finish work at 4pm guilt free,…why?? Because I’m off the clock lmao
