Uniaxial Birefringence in ASAP Optical Software

Modeling uniaxial birefringence in ASAP. Demonstration covers the workflow to simulate uniaxial birefringence in a crystal defined with the crystalline axis, ordinary index of refraction, and the extraordinary index of refraction. Analysis is done to show the effect on the input polarization state after light propogates through the crystal.
