Inflammation is a crucial part of the body's defense and healing mechanisms. However, chronic inflammation, which persists over an extended period, can contribute to the development of various diseases, including cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and certain cancers. Lifestyle factors, such as maintaining a healthy diet, regular exercise, and managing stress, can play a role in modulating inflammation.
Poor diet: A diet high in processed foods, saturated fats, and sugar can contribute to chronic inflammation. On the other hand, a diet rich in anti-inflammatory foods, such as fruits, vegetables, and omega-3 fatty acids, may help reduce inflammation.
This anti inflammation soup can help you fight diseases by eliminating and preventing chronic inflammation.

When I seen the thumbnail I thought it was going to be a turmeric soup. lol I am drinking turmeric and milk daily and it is helping my inflammation. What many people don’t understand is inflammation=pain. I have failed at back surgery 3 times and live with pain. In search of ways to decrease the pain I found the biblical diet and cut many foods out of my diet. Turmeric has something that helps me

@@kuyahkudey3217 the turmeric milk can be made with just about any kind of milk. The benefits I have found are surprising. It helps me sleep and reduces my back pain and generally just makes me feel better. I was not a person that believed it would make that much difference but thought why not try it I have all the ingredients in the house and I was hurting badly. It tasted really good and helped me to sleep that first night. So I continued.
When trying things like this always go into it with a bit of questioning. Blind faith is great for God but humans not so much.

Or grandparents or great grandparents used medicine like this for centuries and we are here so it had to have some benefit.

Great healthy soup recipe. I Just have one comment, if you soak the beans and peas overnight, prior to cooking, it releases gases which all legumes have and gives better digestion. That is, For those who may not be able to digest beans/legumes. Thanks for sharing 🌹🌹🌹👍👍👍

'What is your Why?" speaks to me so so much...I'm 47 and a wife, and mom of three kids, ages 8, 11, and 13. I want to be there for them all in the future. I want to be there for them now. I am struggling with tons of fatigue, with migraines that last 2 1/2-3 weeks out of the month...we do have stress in our family so that probably doesn't help. I am in tears because i want to be not only present with my family, but healthy and with energy. I just finished the Daniel Fast for my second time. The first time I did the Daniel Fast last year it seemed a ton of inflammation came off, woo hoo! I was very dedicated to eliminating all sugar and every type of inflammatory food. I wasn't as particular this time- yes with sugar, but not with eliminating everything else that could cause inflammation. I think because I was so tired at times and didn't have the mental capacity to not do corn tortillas, etc. But I do love that there's no judgement with you Annette, that's refreshing. Anyhow, I did lose some weight, but I didn't see as big of results this go around. In fact, it seemed some of my symptoms became worse. Is that normal if there's a lot of inflammation? Wondering your thoughts. Anyhow I want to thank you for this video because it's causing me to get determined again to get healthy with the Lord's help! 😀 I'm hoping to do the 40 Days of Transformation. God bless you!

Eliminating junk from the diet, and using herbs I have never felt this little pain, I have to be careful at work not to work too hard, it is easy to hurt yourself when you felt bad for so long then start feeling better. My why is for my grandma she died when I was 4 of cardiac arrest and changed my life forever. I know she lives on in my mind, heart, and in my memories. Recently my brother Daniel passed away from cardiac arrest in his 30s. It was a wake up call to start taking better care of my body so my future self will be happy with myself now.

I think it’s pretty interesting how the leafy greens are some of the easiest plants to grow and just so happen to be the best for you. Cashews are not anti inflammatory though 😬 of course you will get mixed info from the Internet but I would stay on the safe side and leave those out. Plus, I would simply just drink the carrot juice fresh vs cooking out some of its nutrition with heat. I'm sure this soup can be tailored. An organic veggie soup any day is definitely beneficial to those of us who need to eat healthier. Thank you for the inspiration.

Homocysteine levels being high are actually due to a nutritional deficiency of folate. This is necessary for cysteine to bond normally to another cysteine and not be on its own as a homocysteine wreaking havoc in your body. Even stronger related to nutrition than you may have known. Keep up the good work promoting eating food, preparing it naturally and staying organic as much as possible.

Great video, my advice that will give immense benefit is to ALWAYS ALWAYS soak and sprout your nuts, beans and seeds easy on the digestive tract, especially for people with Celiac and GI issues and buy organic fresh carrots for the precut and baby one's goes through a chemically treated process. Cheers to the GOOD LIFE🎉

Annette! This looks soooo yummy! Are those Great Northern Beans or Navy beans? Also, I’d suggest soaking the beans first particularly if you aren’t pressure cooking them :)) I can’t wait to try this!

I heard cashews were not good for you. Your soup looks delicious. I definitely need an anti inflammatory soup and diet . Bless you. Wish you were in Canada. I used to have an event business but a knee replacement and covid lockdowns forced me to close it. Now with osteoarthritis in my other knee I am hardly active. I have 3 young grandchildren and I love playing with them. Your books are inspiring.

I have a question. I have been canning food for a while and it really helps on days when you just don't feel like cooking or being in the kitchen much. Is it possible to can vs freeze the anti-inflammatory soup? Or basically any of your cooked foods? Or will the heat of canning not be good?

In the ingredients, you show 8 oz mushrooms; however, you never mention or show them in the instructions or the final product. How are they to be prepared and when are they to be added?
Also, you mention leeks in the ingredients list but show scallions; then in the instructions, you mention to add the onions *and* 3 leeks. Could you be specific as to whether it's one or the other or all three? (Yes, I know leeks and scallions are in the onion family, but when one says "onion", I think of the round, yellow or white root vegetable.)
    Thank you.

@7.59 it says 3 bunches of leeks but shows bunches of spring onions. So which is correct? Leeks or spring onions or are they interchangeable? 3 bunches of regular size leeks are massive compared to spring onions.
