It's a good video, i will just say middle ages was a very long period of time and some of the stuff mentioned her goes hundreds of years after it ended. There are like she said many cultures and traditions across different social statuses even. for example women gained allot of rights and freedom in england through the later middle ages and after to the point that by 1600 many mianlanders would comment of the (relative) freedom and informal control women had.
It's good info, just pointing out it's more complicated to anyone who wants to learn more. Also half of Europe wasn't even Christianized at the start of the period, and recordings of how common folk did things are spotty at best in many times and places. srry if i'm being a nerd.

ahhh the middle ages. also known as the Dark Ages. where the concept of Knights was born (despite being one of abusing power and almost tyranny). I do feel bad for the kids that adored the modern concept of Knights and the deeds they do. Cause after a reality vibe checks, the knights were practically evil (up until the Order of Knights was born........depending on your point of view on good). Though i didn't ask this in history class, i always wondered, can a Knight take someone who's betrothed from someone that is of less value then a knight? if so, would the families have a fight over the groom and bride? and more importantly how is it possible to join the vtuber crusades?
@Kanada Dry i see. though correct me if i'm wrong but wasn't there a dedicated group to the Persians which worked in secrecy for the information to be recollected, like spies? Would they be applied as knights as well?
@Kanada Dry yeah actually! though I guess when it reached Europe in the medieval times, the concept would later change to an abusive order to maintain control. Which makes you wonder if the crusades would be the last time we ever heard of the knights (after King Arthur that is).
