When you think about it, the Harute probably has the most ideal mobile suit design. Highly maneuverable, decent durability, powerful melee and ranged weapons, missiles, dual seat cockpit, transforms into a high speed alternate mode, remote weapons, overdrive system, operable in space and in atmosphere, and doesn’t rely on a limited fuel supply.

Before Bandai released this, there's a bootleg version of Final Battle Battle Harute/Marute from Hobby Star brand. Building that bootleg is a pain in the arse but the accessories are complete & less correcting stickers.
I'd like to mention that you can pull down on the sword part of the sword rifles to reveal the barrel of the rifle. I think you missed that on the Zerachiel as well.
I have the standard harute and this review just made me realize I had my binders on backwards too this whole time. I almost wanna buy this just to throw the new parts on
For me, harute Gundam is the coolest and perfect design for the mobile armor mode if we back to the past when Gundam started having mobile armor mode in airplane designs it's weird except for Zeta Gundam as the plane mode mobile armor pioneer was the most normal before the Harute Gundam
I have both the Bandai and Hobby Star final battle version of this kit. My personal opinion: Bandai: Priced higher than Hobby Star's (45 USD in my country) Less detail and gimmicks, but solid and stable build. Will stay put when moved or at static display. Hobby Star: Price is ok(25 USD in my country) A bit more detailed at some places. Plastic quality and mold a bit eh. Sticker print quality a bit bad. A loose and janky kit.
i used to own the harute final battle by hobby star and tbh this doesnt really look better lol that thing comes with waterdecals ,special stand ,and effect parts ,and more bits so im looking forward for the zabanya more
I have both Bandai and Hobby Star's. I personally feel that HS plastic quality and molding is slightly worse than Bandai's. A bit loose too on the waist and leg connectors too than Bandai's. The only plus is it's priced way more affordable than Bandai's version, more "bits/funnel" thingy, and the LED compatible GN drive.
@@First-Name_Last-Name yea the plastic quality is obvious tho but if you just into displaying it ,the hobby star will holds more presence in your display
@@First-Name_Last-Name and that's also my HS Harute's problem as well.... some parts are incredibly loose.... especially around the hip joints and the torso that covers the face when transformed on mine
The only thing I don't like about this kit is that the clear parts are still clear, they didn't even change it to the dark green. And also the leg connection, it's not lock in like the nightingale has.
Great Review. The Harute is a beast of a Mobile Suit in the movie. While the High Grade kit is decent, Bandai needs to make a Master Grade or a Real Grade kit for this suit. It would definitely be awesome with all of the bells and whistles like the GN Boosters, all 20 Scissor Bits and the Marute Mode head, even if it’s separate from the normal head and can be swapped with it. It’s hilarious how Celestial Being’s first transforming suit, the Abulhool is literally a jet that can stand on 2 legs with a Gundam head bolted on top🤣. Comparing the Abulhool to the Harute shows how far Celestial Being’s tech has progressed.
A nice kit from Bandai. But, I would say that the third company Hobby Star did a much better job with their version. Complete all 10 scissors bits, have all individual stands and booster GN drive can be lighted with Bandai's LED. Still, Bandai has better plastic quality, design, and build strength.
After all the positive comments about that kit here I had to google it. The fact that it has actual hatches for the scissor bits looks incredible. Bandai need to pull their pants up!
@@MechaGaikotsu yeah, Bandai could have really done a better job with this kit, especially that this one is labelled PBandai. They could have went the extra mile since people already payed extra cash for this kit.
The Harute would make a good Ace Combat/Project Wingman super aircraft. It has an extreme amount of missiles, scissor bits are basically drones (the Raven and the Nosferatu from Infinity has them), and the two GN cannons are similar to the rail guns of the Nosferatu plus the leg verniers are almost identical to the PW-MK1's nozzles.
As for my experience Gundam OO HGs are rock hard, I have the OO Raiser with the 7 sword/G equipment and he has no problem holding it all the waist joint is still solid after adding all those bulk
Yeah for Harute, its basically "well, Arios is always paired with GN Archer nowadays.... so for Harute, just combine 2 of them and get them a double cockpit lol"
Actual Lore: Celestial Being was strapped for cash from building the Qan-T, so they combined the two units to cut development costs. 5th generation units my ass!
@@noonethatspecial Close enough, though it does take design input from Arios & Kyrios along with the XN Raiser Harute doesn't use Arios's frame alongside the GN Archer's. I have the knockoff ver. Of this by hobbystar. It has everything that was missing on this kit. 10 GN bits plus a stand to support everything. Kicker, it was released waaaaaaay before bandai released this.
I'm really worried about the way you're supposed to display this kit in fight form, relying on a tiny little horizontal peg... However what I noticed is the entire front skirt section is held by a polycap for no reason. If you remove it (and ignore the bottom of the kit) then you can use a vertical peg to put it on a stand, which to me feels much more secure.
