i love every thing about christmas especially the songs, jingle bells and we wish you a merry christmas. i also love shopping and the markets decoration with sana and the christmas tree. i wish i have a christmas in western countries.

I love brussel sprouts, I grow them in my garden.
I hated them when i was younger, now i like them, like every other "cabbage like" vegetables. All of them.

Here in the States we, too. feel like the money grubbing Scrooge's, that own the retail stores, are stating the Christmas season earlier each year. Other than a few Christmas stores that are open year round, & that ok I love Christmas. Their are some stores that pushing Christmas stuff before September even starts. I'm hoping for a new job as the best present I might get.

Here in the states Christmas things are out in the store buy the middle of Sept or earlier some stores have their Christmas things out starting the last of Aug. We get a jump start here in the states I know because I work for a big retail company but not Walmart!! Lol!!

Yes, I celebrate Christmas with family. I will hop a bus and/or streetcar and head to my aunt's. We have a good family get together and she gives me a ride back to my house.

Yeah, the bus or streetcar isn't hopping. I'm the one boarding it, I am used to the way things used to be when you had a limited character count and you had to decide which grammatical error you were going to commit to still make some sense and you're not talking directly to me so I can change the meaning by leaving the on out in writing.

It’s Merry please correct your grammar
Here is one for you. What is the difference between being "English" and "British?" I know that Britain is England, Scotland, and Wales. Everyone that I have met that is from Wales or Scotland, will say that they are "Welsh" or "Scottish" respectively. So that just leaves England. Does someone that is from Northern Ireland say that they are Irish?

Hello anna can I ask you something In my country we celebrate the new year's coming in 31 december like you celebrate the crhisthmas ( jesus' birthday) we buy the tree and wear the santa hats and eat turkey and also give some gifts each other like you but in 31 december - 1. january so I wonder are you celebrate the new year after christhmas in 31 december if you do how is it what do you do in the 31 december . Edit: crhisthmas called " Noel" in my counrt and santa called " noel father" please answer it :)

There are lots of words and pronunciations that we use now because of the American influence, in fact our entire language has developed as a consequence of many different influences for the years of invasions. Santa Claus is commonly accepted in the UK and therefore it is correct to have a place in this video.

@@EnglishLikeANative I am always baffled by this. Which is correct? ''Could you speak a little bit more slowly please?'' or ''Could you speak a little bit slower please.'' Grammatically, I believe the first to be ''proper'' but the second to be more used by native speakers. BTW, I am a native speaker and teach English in Germany. I like your lessons and think you are very pretty!
