Earthbound and the Mother series is like the Nintendo community's Fallout Equestria in terms of how the fans are. Creative, everyone loves to make fan videos about it, they like to create OCs and fanfics about them, and people sometimes would obsess over it too much and I like it that way. The game deserves it. Hell, a lot more than Fallout Equestria which is just one fanfic that isn't even THAT special compared to things like Mother 3, Skyrim, Final Fantasy, and even Fallout 1 - New Vegas. (I'd admit to that and I love FO:E). Hopefully some day the Mother 4 fangame will come out.

I'd have voted for literally anyone from the Mother series, even people who aren't important like Angie, Frank, Pippi, etc. and if I knew about it at the time, a CogDis character like Alinivar or Zarbol/Buzz Buzz.
