Love mine same setup - ever shoot it next to the p365agx legion - not sure if I can trust a sig but I’m getting ready to get something new but I may just do another 43x build
Longer slides don’t really affect CC in regard to printing and pressure points, weights the only thing that gets slightly worse and that can be fixed with what pants, belts, and holsters you use.
Actually a longer slide will act as a lever and conceal your grip better. When I ran sig 365 I bought a xl 365 holster which did conceal better than a regular 365 holster. Also if you change slides or put a comp on it then you are still good to go.
@@andershilmo1866 I don't see what putting a p365 in a p365 XL holster has to do with a longer slide. Though a longer slide may require a longer holster, a longer holster and a longer slide or not the same things. I have a Glock 27 and a Glock 23 with an alien gear appendix holster for both. I find the 27 much easier and more comfortable to carry. Many good holsters also have those little legs that help keep the handle tucked up against us and I know those work. Perhaps you can share a little more information to help me understand.
@@nYdGeo Sure with a longer holster like the xl vs regular p365 holster , you can position your wedge lower on a longer holster which gives more leverage which means you grip will be pushed into your body more. You can look up vids from Philster holster or armed and styled. They have more info on it. If you have a g19 holster you should be able to run a g26 in it and it will likely conceal better. As the Philster channel says with shorter slides you have more of a tip out action with the grip. Of course a larger footprint holster will decrease comfort in some respects. I am a bit odd I carry fullsized even larger than average sized duty guns regularly. Having studied some concealment principles. I can conceal quite well.
I was on the fence. Decided if I want a comp on my 43x I will get a 48 upper and port it! Reason for this being, I would dislike having to clean around the barrel forever after.
I might have missed it with the low audio, but did you compare the comped 43x to a 48? Could it just be the extra weight of extending it? I've shot both 43x and 48 and there is a difference in felt recoil to me
Its an Ameriglow H3 front and back. My apologies, I dont have the receipt to tell the exact model. If you get your slide milled companies like wager machine can tell you/give you recommendations on irons for backup.
Glad you have a preference, I implore you to try and shoot with more red dots in the future if you have the opportunity. Truly an excellent sighting system. But irons have worked for many years and continue to be relevant.
Audio was super low for me. Not sure if I was the only one
On my PC it sounds good on my phone it sounds low. Interesting.
Using air pods on my phone I could hear it fine
Is low on my phone. With air pods it’s good
Great review and great perspective on the pricing/value. I'm looking forward to checking out your other stuff
Thanks!

School of the American Rifle has a fix for the PSA magazines.
Problem is the long screw of your red dot
I think the right one
You left off no. 4: Makes the gun longer and hence, can make it more difficult for concealed carry. Good video, good info!

Great Idea! Ive yet to port a firearm but would absolutely like to!

I think the comped 43x feels much better. much less snappy.
Awesome review. Look for to more content
Just curious! Why you put helmet? It’s part of Glock?
How was your experience mounting the comp? I’m having a ton of issues with tolerances right now
I sent it to PMM. I tried mounting the p226 one by myself and it was miserable. Just send it and spend the 20 bucks or whatever it is imo.
@@ArmadilloArmament Thanks for the recommendation!
You’re probably breathing more gas and heavy metals with a comp.
I have the same gun pretty much the same setup works great love it. Do you use the oem recoil spring as well?
Yes
Quick question which suppressor height sight are you running on you Glock 43X

How much did everything cost to upgrade it
Around 400-500 probably most expensive Glock to upgrade tbh

Is that a bump helmet or ballistic?
High cut ACH ballistic helmet.
so you run a 48 holster with this setup?
Tenicore holster for a 43x and tlr7 will work. Any open bottom holster should work really. 48 should though.
low audio but overall good video.
Man he's taking way too long. Does anybody know, do I have to buy a barrel or will it fit in any threaded barrel?
🤣
Whats on you head?
That would be a helmet
@@ArmadilloArmament Why are you wearing a helmet in your back yard?
@@tommymorgan9293 My teacher tells me I’m special and I have to wear it for when I bump into things.
Too much for concealed carry in my opinion and I don't like Red Dots on handguns
