I'm a Sinner's fan but I've seen for years too much pressure on Jannik: the "new Federer", the "future of tennis"... He can for sure become an excellent player, in the top 3. He can even become a n.1, but please let's not compare him already with legends. Let's give him relax and time to improve, without too great expectations.
Sinner hits the ball with authority, and sting. I think he has the right temperament and conviction to win bunch of Grand Slams. Djokovic likes Sinner as a competitor and even a friend. That says a lot!
It just amazes me how few of you RUclips commenters have ever picked up a tennis racquet in your life. I mean, it has to be true, it’s so obvious by the ignorance in your words that little or none of you are tennis players. Sinner is a fantastic tennis player. One can say he has a short take-back. Well, this is simply a generational thing, a trend among the young players, and not bad in of itself as it forces you to push all of your momentum forward into the ball. This obviously pays off as Sinner has some of the most powerful and accurate shots in the game currently, with his ground strokes and his serves. Novak is right, he hits what we call the sweet spot, the place right in the middle of our racquets where we can generate the most predictable power and pace without the weird bounces that can occur if we hit it slightly off to any side of the frame. I know this because I can here it every time I watch him. It’s that “thwock” sound that he makes with each shot, and you only here this sound when you hit the sweet spot. I here this sound when I hit the sweet spot, and I judge my accuracy by this sound. Also, he has very long legs and, much like one Novak Djokovic you may or may not have heard of (😂), he moves and slides like an absolute demon, getting to balls like few in the sport can which makes him a great offensive and defensive player in equal measure. And lastly, you’re all moaning and groaning that he hasn’t won anything yet which means that he’s forever doomed to failure. Alcaraz, Becker, Rafa, etc… Of course they’re miracles winning slams while still being teenagers. Roger won his first Wimbledon at 22, and Jannik is just 21 and already made it to the semis of two majors and to the finals of a couple of Masters. Tennis takes time and development and everyone’s story is different. He’s obviously a tennis genius, so give him time!
@@BenjaminMorel-gp2ethe’s “crap.” Yea, spoken like a salty fan who’s pissed that sinner couldn’t beat Djokovic (few can in important points and matches). Sinner can improve mentally, just like Novak did.

Yeah - you can do that crying laughing emoji. But they're 3-3 head to head and Jannik won the last one, coming back from a set and a break down to sweep past Carlos. Using the crying-laughing emoji makes you look like a childish fool
@@danguee1Carlos only lost because he physically wasn’t his best . And if you don’t agree with that then another fact is that Sinner is inconsistent. Tennis is truly in dire straights if Sinner is the future. Alcaraz and rune are much better but they are all getting schooled by grandpa Novak GOAT. This gen is pathetic.
If Jannik and Carlos are 3-3 h2h, with Jannik winning the last encounter very convincingly, how come the world is at an end Jannik is the future but fine if Carlos - who rattled grandpa Novak BIG time at Wimbledon - and Holger are?
