RE: Laurie Cox' study. When mice were fed a high-fat diet, what kind of fat are we talking about? Partially hydrogenated veg oils, animal fats, what exactly?

I have been looking at many of these types of talks. And I keep coming back to 2 questions. 1) Could the milk/nursing allow the body to restore diversity? Could this be the trigger that our brains have to continue to build our diversity or could this be something to do with the milk lowering or increasing something that allows bacteria to pass through to the gut?
2). Could this be what obese and sick people are trying so hard to produce.... The high fat, high sugar tastes of breast milk to increase / restore their diversity?
Sorry just some silly notions coming from an ASD mummy who has got a bit of an obsession about the microbiome right now.
