Thank you Dr.Karen for sharing your knowledge. Is there any other way to recover the specific species of good microbiome, which have lost during the course of antibiotics?
I've been trying to find a video that explains if there's a way to introduce the bacteria that "permanently" left after antibiotics by eating certain foods. I never seem to get a clear answer. Do foods just feed what microbiota we currently have, or do foods also re-introduce/seed new bacteria? I've been focusing on eating a whole foods diet with as many different fiber sources as possible each week, and I've spent months on antibiotics over my lifetime. Looking for answers. Thank you!
I heard many speakers say the same thing, that some patients after taking antibiotics do not recover ( their good bacteria). I really need clarification on this. Did they simply return to their usual eating habits and hence did not recover, or did they take probiotics, prebiotics, more and diverse fibre and still did not recover?
A healthy microbiom can only be achieve by by growing food free from toxic agricultural inputs , "the chemistry of life is basically determined by the chemistry of the soil" Julius Hensel.

Eat your fiber. 50g of fiber is minimum recommended dose. Americans get like 15g, that's pathetic.
