Important information:
As of v1.5.0.4, Violence CANNOT receive Ephemeral. HOWEVER, Timed DR is being removed in Deathmode and below, so the extra damage and damage mitigation will likely cancel out, and given there is plenty of room to make up DPS in this strategy, it will work beyond Calamity v1.5.0.3
Side note: The ending of this original video was trimmed on the account of it being excessive and unnecessary info aside from a special thanks to ACactoos for helping me with Boss manipulation brainstorming, joining me through a 3 1/2 hour stream of me making part of this build.

Ah, a precise and calculated strategy, aka. Raw, Unfiltered SPEED.
Because being precise and calculated is Draedon's thing. He's the best engineer that Yharim picked himself. You literally bested Draedon in his own field of expertise, and with a roller coaster.
1:19 the fact that Draedon came in right when the song started building up again and then left when the next verse started makes this run even more perfect than it already is.

@@ARandomSpace You just need to keep moving in diagonals. Destroy everything, planetoids and islands and whatnot, in the air, so you won't get stuck. It's also a good idea to make the ground below completely flat for as big an area you think you need.

Well turns out Draedon with his ingenious brain forgot to calculate for the most powerful strategy, the minecarts.

Probably not, he's a man of Science through and through, he takes the idea of failure being a learning experience to heart more than anything else in existence, which is probably required to be what's quite literally the best engineer in the universe. Even in his normal in game dialogue he talks about how his interest in the player is driven by his interest in how much of an Anomaly they are.

That was SO PERFECTLY calculated... You timed that Thanatos' deathray to a frycking frame, and Draedon comes and flies away in perfect sync to the music!
Despite being a rather "inefficient" system, I kinda feel like it fits.
To defeat an Exo Mech, you must prepare for what they are capable of, as they are of extreme power, advanced and destructive.
If you wish to defeat it, you must make prepare with EVERYTHING you can do.
Even if it means transforming your planet into a battleground.
They call it the Calamity mod for a reason.
Kinda goofy because this is far more effecient than actually building a proper draedon exo mech arena
I just use the same arena that I used for pre hardmode to defeat every calamity boss I can in the forest only bosses I have had to dig out and areana for were wall of flesh planterra and ceaseless void

God, that was such a stupidly funny fight. I was smiling like a little kid having gotten ice-cream from the ice-cream truck the entire time, and the fact that the Green Twin couldn't attack at all in final phase was absolutely hilarious.

This is absoultely hilarious and also embarrassing as all hell....You'd think it would have more skill to avoid it then just running away but then again this is Cal, A place where you can run/Circle nearly everything without threat of damage.

This isn't quite true. While you can technically just run away in a few fights, it still required to move in specific locations at any given time to avoid attack patterns. Also this isn't intended and Calamity bossfights are usually limited by reality of a playthrough as the challenge is pretty heavily influenced by arena size. Which is a whole different problem when it comes to people playing the game, as nothing is really forcing the player to have a smaller arena in most cases.

the truth is that this was the best possible strategy thought by an intelligent mind, because it helped me to kill exo mechs because I didn't want to destroy my entire world to battle, I was going to use the area I used to kill yharon but it didn't always work for me or Did the 3 come together or die, thank you very much for leaving this map, I took items from my survival world and fought there, this is a true not dumb but strategic and supreme
